This is a video using my new method, you see you need to constantly put tension on your muscles in order for them to grow. Its said by the best in the world that you should stop for 15 seconds at the point of maximum intensity but in this New Method you are constantly putting tension on them. I recommend you move as you normally would but stop every 1-2 inches for 10 seconds each time, my videos contain 0 nudity.
