IFR Training Flight 10 Syllabus Complete
This year I am going back to flight training with the intention of adding an IFR rating to my pilot privileges. I spent over a year getting the plane and panel ready for this training. Follow along as I move through this training over the next few months. This is the final video where I am making progress on the king schools syllabus. During the flight I keep running into the same problem, getting the autopilot to track the hold course that the GPS flight plan is sending. I have spent time using the Garmin Simulator and I can not replicate the issue there. Also Ron wanted me to do more unusual attitudes under partial panel conditions. After this I need to spend time building more proficiency and better communications with ATC.

Figuring Out the New Systems! Garmin GPS integration.
his year I am going back to flight training with the intention of adding an IFR rating to my pilot privileges. I spent over a year getting the plane and panel ready for this training. Follow along as I move through this training over the next few months. In this video I spent time not under the hood learning the integration of the Garmin GPS 175 to the GRT EFIS. One problem I keep running into is getting the autopilot to track the hold course that the GPS flight plan is sending. I have spent time using the Garmin Simulator and I can not replicate the issue there. I think a few more flights using the system may help me to understand the system.

Putting CamGuard to the test
