if I gave Gary Vaynerchuk a workout it would be THIS 12:00 EMOM! Every minute on the minute 12 shoulder press then rest the remainder of the minute, then 12 OH Lunges, rest the remainder of the minute. Alternate rounds of presses and lunges, 6 of each in total.
Why?
I want him to be even more productive! I want him to have a strong core AND a powerful engine. I'd give him short intense workouts, and coach him to eat his macros daily, especially his Protein Target. And sleep 8-9 hours a night.
