How to separate your wings with meat scissors.
When you get frozen wings all separated from the store they will not look this good. This is why we get wings from most stores that have a butcher block. Easy to cut and a decent size for a tasty wing. I like to save the wing tips for a quick snack when the wings are done while you get ready to serve to everyone. Now is the time to marinade your wings and freeze them or get ready to serve after they are fully cooked. We will put up many videos soon of some fine wing recipes. Well enjoy the meal you are about to make it will be so tasty, well with any luck it will be learning experience.
Thanks for helping me help you make your day better one meal at a time.

Making the gravy for the meat pies
Ingredients
Your favorite gravy mix 3 cups is best for this gravy. I found out later...
11/2 cups of water or apple cider vs 1/2 cup in the video
We put the chicken and apple juices in the fridge last night turning into jello gold.
Remember to remove the fat to keep the gold in the bowl. Following direction is kinda new to me/you so its good to learn new things. remove you boiling water also helps keep the moisture from effecting you spices/gravy mixes from water exposer.
Now whisk away to make everything groovy and thick. Snack time turned into a meal a drink with the wife so don't forget to put everything away when it cools down so don't hurt things in your fridge. So after cooking the chicken, pulling it apart, making the gravy you deserve a break till you can make your meat pies the next day.

Pulling apart the chicken for the meat pies
When the chicken is cool enough to pull apart, begin by setting the skin aside and get a bone bowl to put the things you won't use in it. Now its ok to sample the chicken as you might notice we ate the wings because it just looked/smelled so good after coming out of the oven. I mean like its apple chicken how can it not taste and smell so good...
Continue to pull apart the chicken removing any unwanted junk as you go. you can always make bone soup or feed your pets the good stuff.
" Just not any form of bones from poultry, ever! "
Now that you have finished pulling apart your chicken you can put it away till its need later. Don't forget to set aside all that awesome apple/chicken goodness to turn into the gravy for your " Apple chicken pot pies " later.
Don't forget to look for the next few videos in this 4-part'er to make the meat pies.
Well take care folks and thanks for helping yourself learn something new. Together we can help each other one meal at a time, takecare.
