Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 27: Pre-Derailment Patrol
Before we go to the derailment site, I do a lap around Crossbell as all of the NPC dialogues have changed after word of this has gotten out. You cannot access everywhere, so the periphery regions are blocked off, but you can still talk to the people in the city. Don't worry, the next part will be making up for the lack of action here.
Sentinels of Earth Prime - Silver Age Raven Unlock
This one is kind of disappointing to be honest. On paper, Silver Age Raven has the potential to be one of the strongest heroes in the entire game. Sadly, due to how bad the Raven's deck is, it is extremely difficult to impossible to get any value out of it. While the Silver Age power is similar to Greatest Legacy, his deck just lacks anything that can offer even a fraction of that deck's utility.
Raven has numerous flaws, and the character's damage seems to rely on using different Tactics cards, destroying an old one for an effect and getting a new one out, then using a power. There is no Utility Belt or Legacy Ring to give multiple powers, and the Flashbang is inferior to both the Neurotoxin Dart Thrower from Chrono or Wraith's Stun Bolt. It does more damage, but that is only because if it does not damage the enemy, it does nothing. Sadly, Raven has no tools to get around small amount of damage reduction and since a lot of the villain decks have at least one card like this, the bird had its wings clipped before it could even begin.
As for the unlock, you need to use all three Tools of the Trade (you'll need card draws for these), use two specific tactics cards, making sure one of them is in play when Raven finally goes down and you get it. Like a couple of the others, this isn't too hard to get, but it really depends on luck, so you will want TL Tachyon with to give card draws.
Beyond this, this is the final game of the Lady Liberty set, so you will see her unlock too at the very end of the video.

Octopath Traveler 2 - Apothecary & Hunter Part 2
We return to the same area from the first part and see how things have changed. A fairly short segment as there are some new scenes and a "boss" to fight, but like most of the other bosses we have recently encountered, it is just too late for it.

Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 26: Doll Studio
Due to how brief this segment is relative to the one coming after it, I opted to take a break from the main game and spend some time catching up on all of the fishing that I missed. As a result, we are able to face off against a few members of the Erebonian anglers. Sadly, we are not far enough into the game to take them all on as we need access to a new fishing hole in order to get the last species.
Otherwise, we head off to the Doll Studio and meet with Joerg to ask him some questions. He is willing to cooperate to a small degree and we get some answers. However, the most important thing we get is the warning about the seventh Anguis...
Octopath Traveler 2 - Scholar & Merchant Part 2
We revisit the earlier plotline, this time bringing us to Montwise. Overall, I don't really think there is much of significance here, but while we're in the library, I go ahead and complete the quests to unlock the superboss who will be coming up shortly.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 25E: Inside Scoop
A fairly simple quest, possibly due to its hidden nature. Basically, we can find Nielsen in the hotel at Mainz and review some events with him. Answer the questions to his satisfaction and you get the bonus points.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 25D: Package Pandemonium
I don't know if this quest will ever lead into anything, but we have to correct a series of messed up deliveries. Things culminate with what is intended to be a spooky segment, but sadly compared to other things we have seen, comes across as quite tame...
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 25C: One Born Every Minnith
This is a continuation of the quest from the previous day. We basically learn the backstory of "Minnith" and need to reveal him. They do not explicitly mention here if he is the person who scammed the Capua family that we constantly interact with in Sky, forcing them into banditry, but I think the implications are there. Since he is still out there, we may get to cross paths with him again and find out for certain.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 25B: Theme Park Trouble
I need to get this video out before continuing Reverie as there is a reference to it when you're allowed to explore Crossbell. Here, we need to substitute for Mishy and get to meet the man under the costume. Additionally, Tio tags along to keep us honest...
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 25A: West Crossbell Highway Extermination
The main thing to know for this mission is to be very careful with AOE attacks. These monsters rely on counter-attacks for their damage, so by focusing them down one by one, you can limit their damage output and avoid being overwhelmed. Not too difficult if you can manage some restraint.
Sentinels of Earth Prime - Golden Age Bowman Unlock
I made numerous attempts to get this, but I kept having really bad luck with draws. It is possible for this one to be one of the easiest you can get in the game, or it can be an utter nightmare, forcing you to dig through your entire deck to achieve. Sadly, this game was the latter, and I opted to do it with Meta Mind so I could game the system a little bit with its flip.
In order to get the unlock, you need to play 5 specific cards. Lead with Bowman Lineage, Practice Makes Perfect 3 times, then finish with Bowman Lineage and you get it. Simple, right?
As for Bowman, I'm just not that impressed with him. He reminds me too much of Expatriette, except her guns packed more of a punch. If you can get the right ongoings in play, he can do a bit of damage, but he lacks the cards in his deck to find what he needs, instead having a bunch of random draws. When you get him setup, it is pretty nice, but you need to make sure the villain does not have the means to wipe the field, otherwise it is back to square one.
Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie - Part 1: Prologue
After waiting a week, the game has finally arrived, and I'm putting out the prologue before I'm ready to put this into full rotation.
We kick things off with the last holdouts against the liberation of Crossbell, and we are given the classic SSS to use. Unlike Azure, while we do have the Master Quartz system, we also have all of the changes from Cold Steel, including the semi-reworked crafts. I was expecting things to be fairly simple for this, but they do throw a boss that may catch new players a bit off guard who aren't familiar with how things go in sequel games.
As for upload schedule, unless people are really eager to see something in the early segments in the near future, I'll try to put out a little bit now and then as I move through Azure. Since NIS took their time mailing the games out, I will be taking mine uploading it.
Sentinels of Earth Prime - All New Lady Liberty Unlock
This is one of the simpler unlocks, but it can take a little while as you have to play four games minimum to get it. Simply have Lady Liberty deal the KO to each of the Prime core game villains. I show the Omega game to make up for Johnny Rocket's unlock, but I splice in the remaining games in the interest of conserving time. If you want to see them, I can't do anything for Argo, but the others...
Sentinels of Earth Prime - Maximum Speed Johnny Rocket Unlock
These have been long overdue and on my week off, I opted to try to knock as many out as I possibly could. For this one, we need to start the turn with the following minimums: 5 momentums in play, play 5 momentums, and have 5 momentums in play at the end while having less than 10 HP.
To achieve this, we need a villain with some bulk, TL Tachyon to feed him the cards he needs, and then to wait until he gets beat down. I was hoping to have Haka use Savage Mana to collect some of the annoying things Omega has, but it is just too late by the time everything is in place. Luckily for this one, you don't need to win, and it helps to serve as a reminder for what the various cards do since I am very out of practice. Also, I could have used more healing if nothing else...
The environment for most of these will be Zhu Long since it is the most hero friendly environment, allowing you to get additional draws and plays. There are some unlocks that will require a different environment, and we will cross that bridge when we get there.
As for this variant, he has a bit of the Temple's effect going on with the ninjas, where some of your cards will jump into play. I think Ambuscade has an effect like this as well, so it is neat to see it on the hero side if nothing else. Sadly, I am not really a fan of the Earth-Prime heroes, so I don't see myself going out of my way to play most of them with a couple exceptions.
Octopath Traveler 2 - Temenos Chapter 4
And the mystery we set out to solve all the way back in the first video is finally closed (90 videos later). We chase the cult until they are cornered and forced to unleash their ace. Sadly, they can't resist my power anymore. To make things worse, we get to unleash Temenos's full power going forward, a move you will see me exploit to bring some of the nastier fights to swift ends.
Then once Temenos's story is done, we knock out some of the remaining quests to get the accessories we need for the upcoming battle. Before we go there however, we need to finish the crossed paths and start piecing together the bigger puzzle...
Pokemon Scarlet - 7 Star Delphox Raid
First, I reversed the order of the fights since I only spoke during the second one. As a result, you will see me catch Delphox at the end of this video.
To make this match a little easier, a psychic tera Armarouge may be able to shrug off most of what Delphox can throw. Otherwise, Blue and I are running Flash Fire as our abilities for fire immunity. He is using Swords Dance and Bitter Blade to buff up and deal damage while I am running Mystical Fire to debuff Delphox's special to keep everyone alive. The hard part here is that near the end, Delphox will disable items, preventing me from sustaining off of it. Blue has a healing move, so he has to do the heavy lifting here while I do support. If the timings of the stat wipes were a little different, this one would not be as much of a headache as it actually is.
Octopath Traveler 2 - Sinking Ruins
On the way to the Nameless Village, I made a detour to knock out a small dungeon so I didn't have to come back later. This is the dungeon why most of the monsters in the area drop the item to cure petrify. Unfortunately for that monster, I am vastly overpowered for this area and the poor thing simply cannot compete. We are able to claim our loot and return to the task at hand.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 24: Chapter 3 Day 2 Patrol
We kick things off with me trying to make the final additions to the different rooms, which triggers some scenes with our team. We get to see Elie, Noel, and KeA here. From there, we do the round around Crossbell. Anywhere you don't see in this video means that there is a quest associated with that area and will be popping up in tomorrow's video. The strange one for most people is that the video abruptly ends in Mainz, which is because it holds the hidden quest of the day.
Octopath Traveler 2 - Looting the Nameless Village
Having explored most of the world by now, we need to make our way to one of the last remaining places. We passed this part earlier and since we did not meet the level requirement, we kept our distance. Now, we need to charge inside for our MC's finale, and upon getting there, help ourselves to the loot it holds. It is a much smaller place than most other cities, which is why the video is shorter than most.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 23: Cryptid Extermination
With the diversions out of the way, we return to the main quest at hand, which sends us against a pair of cryptids. One has appeared near St. Ursula, the other near the exiles at the Boathouse. Personally, I think the turtle is the nastier of the two, but neither are really that bad for the gear I'm using. We'll need to see what they send at us next.

Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 22C: Pierre's Marital Peril
This is a hidden quest that is fairly easy to stumble upon, but I almost missed it thinking that the counterfeiter quest was triggered here instead. Anyway, we knew for some time that there was some trouble in Pierre's marriage and here we get to help him confront the problem. Only time will tell if they can truly heal from here, but the first step has been made and it is out of our hands.
Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 22B: Counterfeit Caper
We run into some familiar faces here, one from back in Zero while the rest are from the Trade Conference. It takes a little bit of work to finally corner them, and when it is all said and done, we get to turn them over to Calvard and be on our way.
Tactics Ogre Reborn - Part 31: Coritanae Ward (Solo)
And this fight was pretty much the breaking point for me. If there were skills that would either remove or destroy cards held by the enemy, it would not nearly be as bad. To make things worse, the named units have superior stats to unnamed, meaning you can be outgunned at every step of this battle with nowhere to hide and little recourse.
Ultimately, I chose to just bring Denim and game the system by using his agility and range to whittle away at Leonar. To avoid spoilers, this is not the second fight of the FFT 3rd chapter close, so the duel just didn't have much going for it. Here is where I opt to hang up the controller and move onto other projects.

Tactics Ogre Reborn - Part 30: Coritanae Keep
In this part, we storm the keep's gate, needing to force our way through. This is essentially a two pronged battle where some people are fighting on the bridge by the gate while others are fighting on the water section. Make sure you send the correct units to the right places as some may have trouble crossing the water and you can find your army divided and vulnerable.

Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure - Part 22A: Taste of Crossbell (Day 1)
This quest is going to take us most of the chapter to complete, but we are able to do the majority of it right away. We are tasked with trying every food vendor in all of Crossbell. There are quite a few to be had in the city proper, but there is something to be had in all of the outskirts as well, including the gates. You can hit them up right away or do it gradually as you progress, but I will show all of the ones that we are able to complete immediately and we will revisit this when the final one unlocks.
