You see, the story kind of diverged off the consoles and went to handhelds. The series started on the PlayStation2, went to the Game Boy Advance, then back to the PlayStation 2. Who knew that plot points would be placed elsewhere besides mainline games? The confusion really about to set in!

Originally streamed on 05/03/2021 Last Monday may have been the first step in a long journey playing the Legend of Zelda series, but tonight was the first official "Master Sword Monday", where we go through all the lands of Hyrule and we are going to stop and smell the roses! I thought in this episode we could get through two dungeons, but I learned something earlier in the day that turned the whole prepping session upside down. So we take some time out to help us through the middle part of the game.

Originally recorded on 04/26/2021 Me. I am going to get hurt. I know it's not a good idea. Playing my way through two game series at a time! But I needed a break from Kingdom Hearts and I wanted to play my favorite game series of all-time from beginning to end, The Legend of Zelda! That's game series. Not game. We are playing through this, Zelda 2, A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening (not sure which one yet), Ocarina of Time and all the way up to Skyward Sword! Not sure about Breath of the Wild, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. But every journey begins with a single step! This is going to be too much, but it'll be a lot of fun. Can't wait to share this experience!

I always enjoy the holiday themed events. At some point, I'd like to go back and play New Game + to check the game out from the beginning. But I'm still in the middle of Heavensward and Dawntrail is coming out within a year. So we'll see. I still love this game.

Maybe FFXIV had such an amazing turnaround going from "This MMO won't survive" to "We are having conventions for the game". But I definitely did get too emotional while playing this. I really did feel like Jushin Thunder Liger in that costume for completing this event. I'm going to have to figure out glamours so I can switch into it any time I want. It'll fit nicely with all my other event gear. And it was a good story too. A successful event all-around! Plus we spent some time at the end trying to complete the obstacle course. One of these years, I'll do it.

The voice is 100% human, me, Don Parker, a real person and a mighty fine American just looking to practice his craft. This is the end result of my practice recording session for a radio commercial for AquaRush Water Park, a place that doesn't exist.

So I decided to do something different from streaming a game like I normally would on a Monday night. I decided to do something creative and get back into my art. I decided to have some fun. I needed some VO practice and rather than scouring the internet for a script and debating what would be good to practice or not, I let ChatGPT be a tool and write a script for me. AquaRush Water Park isn't real and neither are AquaBites. This is the prompt I used. "Can you please write me an energetic 30 second radio commercial for a water park. This water park has all the attractions a water park could have. Slides, wave pool, lazy river, concert pavilion, and its latest attraction, a super fast chute. The park should also been known for a famous food item." This is the script I got, feel free to use it yourself. [Upbeat background music starts] Narrator (energetically): "Get ready for the ultimate water park experience! 🌊🎢 Come make a splash at AquaRush, where all your wildest water park dreams come true!" Sound effects: Children laughing and water splashing Narrator: "Feel the adrenaline rush as you soar down thrilling slides, twist and turn through the water tunnels, and take a plunge on the super fast chute—the newest heart-pounding attraction that'll leave you screaming for more!" We make sure Donald and Goofy are taken care of with their weapons as we fight the Ice Titan, Sephiroth, Kurt Zisa, and the Mysterious Figure in Hollow Bastion.
