We need somebody to talk to, to laugh with, a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, a scrutinizing eye, the list is endless, this goes to prove that, we can't live without each other. To have a healthier relationship with others, you first need to have a good relationship with yourself. Fall in love with yourself, go out on a date with yourself, pamper yourself. You can only give out what you have. If you have enough love for yourself, you will be able to give some out.
