This is a favorite treat I sometimes make for family & friends, it's super simple but because it's white chocolate it always seems a little fancy! This dish was suggested by a South African friend of the channel a while back and I thought I'd give it a try. It was such an odd recipe I had my doubts but I really LOVED the final result! Almost a cheese cake texture but not dense, with a great fresh lemon flavor. I actually prefer them done this way to traditional oil frying, they get even crispier in the air fryer and have a much cleaner taste without all the fry oil. If you want to hit them with a quick spray of oil before going into the air fryer you can get even more browning, and you're only adding 5-10 calories per cake. It's hard to find those in the stores these days so I made my own version, but better! Today just a quick video on the best way to clean cast iron! You shouldn't need to scrub it with harsh metal pads (or wasted salt), and you should never soak a cast iron pan in water. Instead we will let the power of heat and STEAM do the work for us! This works just the same if you re-heat your cast iron pan, or if the cast iron pan is still hot from cooking. run it under STEAMING hot water and watch the fun! Be safe out there, steam is HOT, keep our face clear! #shorts #castiron #cleaning And best of all these pans are CHEAP and last a lifetime. Even if you mess up and get it rusty, it's no problem just clear the rust, re-season and you're back to cooking! Today we make the BEST chicken wings in an air fryer! Of course "the best" is going to mean different things to different people, but to me it means CRISPY chicken & super simple seasoning! I think the wing is the tastiest part of the chicken so I don't normally do anything crazy, just let the chicken taste like chicken, its okay! No blog post for this, that seems like overkill. ~1 teaspoon of salt per lb of chicken, pepper to taste. Air fry @ 400F for 30-45 minutes depending on how crispy you like your chicken wings. If its not a rotisserie model, flip chicken wings half way through.
