For Mario Mosin... Lee APP Press Part 1
Yep, worth every penny! The absolute fastest way to process your brass on a single stage! They can be found for about $75(pre-pandemic price) on the web. If you wet tumble your brass this is a must have!
I don't have any fancy video editing software... so I was unable to speed up the video of me sizing 100 pcs of 9mm brass...sorry.

12ga Reloads...New Stuff Coming
Sorry it's been so long since I did a video... had some surgery and it really took a lot out of me. But I am hoping for a full release from the doctor next week.
Any ways...Thought I would share my cure for the lack of shotgun shells in these crazy times. It was a lot easier then I had thought.. the machine keeps you from making too many mistakes.
I have some new stuff upcoming on 6.5 Creedmoor and my 6.5 Grendel. Have a bunch of test loads ready to go and see what these rifles can do. I am limited to my 100 yard range here at home... There isn't a range over 200 yards in my county... have to drive 5 hours to get to a 1000 yard range.

My Remington 572 Fieldmaster Pump Action 22
My 47 year old pinker.. finally after 15 years I have it up and running!
I bought it a a pawn shop for less then $100 out the door... A great deal I couldn't pass on.
It took me several years to find the missing piece of the rear sight... but I got it done.
Thanks to my friend Kotaboy32 the rifle has entered the 21st century with the addition of a red dot sight. I used a new gadget that converts the rim fire dove tail to a picatinny rail ( https://www.amazon.com/Higoo-Dovetail... ). It worked our pretty slick and was very low profile.
This old rifle is just a lot of fun to shoot!
Thank you again Kotaboy!

My New $40 Shooting Bench
My new $40 shooting bench for my shooting range here at home. I can't wait to break it in!
Just needs some paint to keep it from rotting away here in the very wet Mississippi!
I am going to remove the lag bolts and use a forstner bit to counter sink them. Even as it is..even with my flat butt they don't poke in bad at all! LOL

High quality and will outlast me!
The caliper anvil us an excellent choice over the Hornady one... less then 1/2 the price!

Lee ACP Automatic Case Priming Press... Tips and Updates
I ran 500 9mm cases through with ZERO problems and it was crazy fast! That's a first!
My Load Master priming system on a good day was maybe 90% correct(flipped primers), My RCBS priming system on the single stage was 100% but what a PITA it was loading up the tubes! My Lee hand primer suffered the same problem as the Load Master with flipped primers and double feeds not to mention doing several hundred primers was really hard the fingers.
Lee got it right with this one! I am very impressed and damn happy with my purchase.

My $ 0.05 fix for Lee Auto Drum Powder Measure
A little dab will do ya.... lol
I took some JB Weld and fixed the full rotation problem I was having... only took a small amount and it fixed my problem! I was having a +/- full grain swing on the powder drops... now I have a =/- .04 grain swing using Alliant Sport Pistol powder.
Lee wanted me to return the powder measure so they could take a look at it and fix it...because it was several years old it was going to cost me 1/2 the current retail price plus shipping to have them look at it. $.05 beats the hell out spending $50!
I spoke with John Lee on 10-6-2021 and he told me the reason for the play in the links was because of the safety disconnect they used to offer on the powder measure. They have quit offering the safety disconnect. He said they might look into removing the excessive play.

Crimson Trace CTS-25 Red Dot Review
This was a gift from a damned good friend... I had high hopes about it too.
What a let down. I find it hard to believe that Crimson Trace would put their name on something as bad as this is!
I forgot to mention that the elevation adjust quit working at all!
Needless to say it is headed back.
I think I will add a few $$ and just get a Bushnell TRS-25 instead this time.

Wanna Save Some Serious Money on Shooting Stuff??
Just a way I found to save some serious money on some shooting stuff. Do some research on the items you want and see what second hand/parts only things are available... use the mfg warranty to get it fixed/replaced.
I know that the Bushnell rangefinders aren't the best out there... but for what I want/need if for it going to work great! Being able to save over $100 buying a parts only one and getting a brand new is priceless!

Unboxing ADE Advanced Optics Trumpet RD3-029 Red Dot Sight
This red dot was sent to the channel for testing and evaluation by ADE Advanced Optics. I have always strived to be open and unbiased on items I review... if something sucks I will say so..if something works well I will say so.
So far so good. The sight fits the RMR cut in my slide well and all of the features of the red dot are exactly what I was looking for( shake awake, 6MOA, side battery access). Time to get it mounted up and sighted in so I can throw some rounds down range. I am impressed so far.

Sight Pusher from Kitvance
A very high quality heavy duty sight pusher! The turning knob is made from 6065 aluminum and is smooth as silk to the touch. The bodies of the tool are 7071 aluminum and also smooth as silk to the touch... great finish! It is covered with a 3 year warranty too. All the hardware(nuts and bolts) is made from high quality steel. The reversible slider is also steel and mounts with a V groove on the back to the sliding assembly locking it place with very little to no wobble. The Kitvance company is easy to deal with and so far they have exceeded my expectations...which isn't easy to do.
There are other sight pusher that kind of look the same but if you look at the information on them they don't tell you the material used to make it and they don't have the 3 year warranty either.

3D Printed Bullet and Case Collator and Bullet Feeding Die
The beginning a series of videos on the collator... how to do it and about how much it cost. I am trying to keep the videos short because of 2 reasons...#1 is my internet access sucks!( took over 4 hours to upload this video) #2 is because no one likes to watch/listen to an old man ramble on a long video.
3D printing is not plug and play... it takes some finesse in adjusting the print head and getting the settings working just right because every roll of filament is different....sometime not much at all and other times a huge difference.
My suggestion on a 3D printer is to get an Ender3 or a really close Ender 3 clone... The Voxelab Aquila is very very close to the same thing and an Ender 3 V2.. uses the same external parts but has their own mother board. The firmware is easily upgraded to one that is much easy and safer to use( Alex firmware for free). There hundreds of replacement parts for the Ender series of printers and 99.9% of them will work with the Aquila. Look at YouTube videos and ask a lot of questions.
When you get your 3D printer your going to need a piece of software called a slicer that converts the 3D drawings files into "G Code" that is the instructions for the printers to do what they do. There are several ones out there that are Free... Cura and Pursa Slicer are the bigger and most used ones. You can download them here.( I use Cura because it was the easiest one to learn for me)
Ultamaker Cura:
https://ultimaker.com/learn/ultimaker-cura-5-0-stable-release
Prusa Slicer:
https://help.prusa3d.com/article/download-prusaslicer_2220
The free files for printing all the parts is (including APP parts and Bullet feeding dies) here:
Gethub:
https://github.com/BF556/Feeder
The discussion thread on Cast Boolits is here:
https://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?354324-Making-that-Bullet-Collator&highlight=clutch+screw
This is a very long thread that as of today has 301 pages of discussion on the collator. IMHO you owe it to yourself to read it from the beginning as it will give you a lot of insight to the development and use of the collator set up.
A HUGE shout out to Tyler and to the user named GWS on Cast Bullits for all of their knowledge and willingness to put up with my stupid questions and the problems I encountered in this journey. Tyler is the person who did all the files and 99.9% of the design of this. GWS has suggested some improvements and is a really great help to me! Needless to say but this would not have been possible without them. I owe them a giant debt of gratitude for all that they have done.
There is a Very helpful users guide and a software the helps you decide what files you need to use for the set up you want.. motor choice, collator size(there are 3 choices) calibers etc.
****** WARNING******
3D printing is another rabbit hole just like reloading is.... you have been warned!! LOL
