Ban Transgender Procedures for Minors
One of the most cruel and disgraceful things radical democrats have done to our society is attack our children. It's not just the hyper-sexualization of their curriculum and filling the child's section of libraries with pornographic books. They have aggressively pursued an agenda of snaring kids into a world of transgender medicalization and procedures. They should be ashamed and willing to stop the harm they cause. That they declared my bill 'dead on arrival' at the hearing, tells you all you need to know about their ideology! it is damaging and dangerous to our young people and it must be stopped.

Rhode Should have a State Holiday for voting
The pandemic is over. There is no longer an excuse to have a widespread use of mail in ballots. They are most unsecure and easily corrupted method of voting. In Rhode Island Voter IDs are not required. And voter registration can be easily manipulated to facilitate the registration of phantom voters. To coin a phrase from the folks on the left, "They are a threat to democracy."
So, let's go back to the good old days, 5 years ago, before the pandemic gave Democrats an excuse to make mail in ballots a central part of their campaign strategy.
Let's make Election Day, once every 2 years, a state holiday. And everyone except those who have medical or physical restraints, will come to vote in person with their voter id. Candidates will be able to talk to voters about their ideas for making RI a better place to live and work up to the last day and our voters will be better informed.
Why are Democrats against something that everyone wants? A day off to go at leisure to the polls to vote for the people who will best represent them.

Secretary of State doesn't think safeguards are necessary
It's appalling that the Board of Elections doesn't consider safeguards part of their job. He and Deputy Secretary of State dodged the issue, by answering a different question. But what remains is that mail in applications can come in late and still be accepted for 3 days. They don't need to have a postmark...convenient for fraudsters. As for nursing homes, APRA requests showed us that the SOS fielded 8 teams of all Democrats. That's against the law and allows vulnerable patients to be exploited. But it routinely happens in RI's elections, with the knowledge and blessing of the Secretary of State. He doesn't care about fair and honest elections.

RI Bill to require green energy projects to certify they actually reduce carbon emissions
Rep Patricia Morgan testifies in the RI House Corporations Committee for her bill H.7815 requiring green energy projects to use data-driven ISO standards to certify they actually provide a net reduction in carbon emissions. The certification must be end-to-end, cradle-to-grave, over the entire project life cycle.
