Before I started my self-improvement I was a weak, pathetic, a simp, and was only focused on now-pleasure.
It took me a lot of time, but eventually I did a 180 with my life.
I want to make men men again.

How I started:
For most of my life I was the stereotypical video-gamer introvert, and last year I started to change. Before this, I was doing most of the bad habits, such as playing video-games all day, eating junk food, and *other stuff...*
I got on the right track, I had to leave every single habit of mine behind and start a new life.
