The drs told me that my body was attacking itself and for years I internalized that I was faulty, broken, and just wrong. I silently battled my symptoms, ashamed of the fatigue, anxiety, depression, cystic acne, chronic UTI’s, and many other symptoms that I had so young. Determined to live my best life I pushed hard through my symptoms. I tried everything I could to heal. Paleo, GAPS, protein shakes, intermittent fasting, bone broth, colostrum, elimination diets, fish oils, veganism, vegetarianism… but nothing actually HEALED me. Then at 28 I had a nervous breakdown and experienced temporary psychosis. I collapsed. Shortly after that I was rushed to the hospital and told I was having organ failure. My whole body was shutting down, my brain was short circuiting, and I was on death’s doorstep. I didn’t want to live after so many years of agony. Why continue? Then, in 2018, a miracle happened. One day I realised I was using 500gr of steroids creams on my baby little body every 2-3 weeks to calm him down. Or they’ll say that they don’t know what you have and that it can’t be cured, or they’ll say that they don’t know what your symptoms mean. All of those things can make us feel ashamed and alone hopeless. I felt that way for so long, but I want you to know that this information has actually changed my life.

Repost from @healthwithkathryn Yesterday I went to my doctor's appointment and I was very open and honest about not only my physical symptoms, but my emotional symptoms as well. A lot of doctors today, unfortunately, will blame your emotional state to be the cause of your physical symptoms and conditions, essentially blaming the person. The only way I got through that appointment was knowing that there is truth in God, and one of the many ways that he is always there is through the Medical Medium information.

Repost from @eathealthybhealthy Today I saw a neurologist and he diagnosed me with having what are called essential tremors. And I learned that I tremor in my right leg too. He shared that there are two medications used to treat them. One of them is a blood pressure medication and another is a seizure medication. He also said another treatment is a surgery on the brain. I showed him the video I attached to this post and told him that I am doing the #medicalmedium protocols and it is helping. And that I don’t want to take medication or have a brain surgery. Before I left the appointment, he asked me what the name of the book was again. I told him Brain Saver. I think he became intrigued because he saw my tremor improvement in the attached videos and he knows I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I shared with him even though I have a lot of science education that I had to put it aside because I can’t argue the healing I’ve experienced or the healing I see with people here on IG. I am going to see him in six months and between now and then I will have done a lot more of the medical medium protocols.

Repost @elysha_broadbent I had been itchy for almost a whole year! My entire body! It started January 2022. I just blew it off as allergies first. But when every single surface of my body was itchy and wasn’t going away I knew something serious needed done! So first I went to an NP. She told me to take some anti histamines and gave me some oral steroids. As the itching continued I went to my PCP. He said it was all in my head. The itching continued after I tried to get it out of my head. Then I broke out in hives months after itching. I went to a PA. She thought it was Candida/Fungal so she prescribed me oral antifungal and steroids. Didn’t do anything. I went back to my PCP with the hives. He didn’t know what it was. He referred me to a dermatologist. The dermatologist said it was hives and gave me a steroid shot and told me to take antihistamines. I ended up with over 20 of these spots scattered on my body. The hives went away but not the itching. Three weeks later the hives came back. There was no way I was going back for a doctor to push and prod my extremely painful extremely itchy hives again just to hear them guess or just want to give me steroids. I knew about Medical Medium books and people having success with difficult health issues they were facing so I dove right in. In just one day my itching was pretty much non existent. No hives! I remember the first panic attack I had on the highway that changed my ability to drive on the highways from that point going forward. It happened for no reason…nothing major happened like an accident. And yet, no matter what I told myself rationally, I couldn’t drive on the highways without clamming up, having a racing heart rate, the hot flush of adrenaline that raced through my body, the feeling like I was going to pass out. I knew deep down that what happened to me wasn’t normal. I knew that physically something had happened but I couldn’t pinpoint it. I went from doctor to doctor, psychiatrist to psychiatrist and was put on countless medications. Benzos worked but they aren’t a long term solution. I remember asking every doctor…why did this happen after the birth of a child? Not one could answer except saying hormones. Really??? So then every woman who has given birth should have the same thing then! And yet they don’t. I searched and searched for answers and then I finally stumbled upon @medicalmedium. It changed my life. For the first time I learned there was actually a physical cause for my panic attacks and it wasn’t in my head. Mind you, I had tried meditation, breathing exercises, everything…and none of it worked. So what was then cause?
