I know how it feels to be told that whatever you have, the solution is to keep taking medicine for it. Or they’ll say that they don’t know what you have and that it can’t be cured, or they’ll say that they don’t know what your symptoms mean. All of those things can make us feel ashamed and alone hopeless. I felt that way for so long, but I want you to know that this information has actually changed my life.
