People are under a lot of stress and a lot of demands. There’s emotional, mental, and physical hardships and countless problems that we face here on this planet. One day we can wake up and realize we are out of balance and that there’s something off or wrong. One of the first tools I recommend people reach for in this life is B12. From knowing so much about the brain and body for so many decades, how they operate, and what they need for healthy functioning, I deeply value and honor B12 for all that it offers us. Many people are living in areas of the planet where there’s toxic, poor air quality. Common reasons for that are smoke, burning, and wildfires. Not just because of the smoke itself, but because of the chemicals and other toxins that are in the air. Aside from causing the more obvious breathing and lung issues, poor air quality can lower the immune system and be a trigger to all kinds of chronic illnesses, symptoms, and conditions. Inflammation can affect any part of the vagus nerves, which is why one person’s symptoms will be different to someone else’s. Eating Disorders One of the problems when you’re trying to heal is how others view and judge what and how you’re eating. When you’re trying to eat healthy, others often see it as too rigid. They may even label it orthorexia, which you can read about in detail in Brain Saver. This can make someone feel like they have an eating disorder when they’re just trying to eat foods that can help them heal. As I share in Brain Saver, “The irony is that all the people who seem normal actually normalize dysfunctional eating and have eating disorders themselves. They don’t eat correctly. Have you been going through a hardship? Or do you experience difficulties regularly in your life? Most of us go through hard times regularly in some way, shape, or form. It could be conflicts in relationships, losing a loved one, overwhelm and exhaustion from all the responsibilities on your plate, struggling with your health, caretaking for a loved one, problems with your job, your car breaking down when you need it most, a friend or family member betraying you. No matter how big or small, the hardships in life can take a toll on our health. During these times our bodies need more support than normal. Adrenaline rushes out of our adrenal glands in specific blends as a protective mechanism to help power our brains and bodies through stress. Repost from @mattlovesbananas Have you ever experienced something so traumatic that you lost a part of yourself that you loved? That happened to me in June 2019 from Ayahuasca poisoning. I went into the experience with high hopes that this psychedelic would heal my past traumas of losing my mother as a baby & difficulty with certain family members growing up. It had the opposite effect. I developed PTSD to yoga (I believe this is due to the fact that I was on a mat similarly shaped to a yoga mat lying down during the experience) & this made it difficult to be in a yoga class again afterwards. I eventually gave away my mat. It’s something I previously loved doing & even considered getting a yoga teacher certification. I also developed new chronic symptoms I’d never experienced before such as intense night sweats & severe dark OCD thoughts. It made some of my chronic symptoms I had previously even worse such as depression, brain fog, eye floaters, & adrenal fatigue. Psychedelics are not what they are cracked up to be unfortunately. And yes I’m aware many people report positive life changing experiences from them & I was one of those people. I had done Ayahuasca twice before this traumatic third time. I thought I had a great experience & that’s why I went back for more. The third time was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. The reason some people can get away with doing psychedelics for a while is because they have a healthier liver that can process & store toxins more effectively. Eventually it catches up with people even if you don’t notice the effects right away. People are not being adequately followed 10+ years down the line to see what their brain health is like. Psychedelics destroy neurons in the brain and this is the “spiritual experience” people believe they are having. And they are loaded with heavy metals as well. What I was looking for in psychedelics I’ve truly found in @medicalmedium information through cleanses, raw leafy greens, meditations, prayer, & high quality supplements. I’m so grateful that I’m able to battle this horrible disease. Although I started feeling better after 3 years of cleansing and pain and cramping disappeared, movement and tremors became worse. I came to a point that I couldn’t walk anymore… look what happened this morning. I feel so grateful, I hope it will continue…I say it in every post: this is only possible because of the effort of one man. After numerous doctors’ appointments, several antibiotics and several steroid creams/shampoos, I had hit rock bottom with no answers. I then experienced anxiety and depression. I FINALLY got answers to my 50+ chronic and mystery symptoms for the first time in my life when I read his first book in 2019. It was like scales fell off my eyes and I could finally see! Everything made so much sense! You could say I had a massive awakening of sorts… I finally had answers to all my health issues and suffering! NO, it’s not ALL caused by candida, or carbs, or because the body is attacking itself like the so-called “experts” claimed! When I switched to an MM diet, so many of my symptoms went away that I had been struggling with for years! I did the GAPS diet for 4 years, the AIP diet, different versions of paleo, keto, and plant-based… and even though I feel better on a plant-based diet—THE DETAILS MATTER. I still struggle with severe chronic pain and mental health issues UNLESS I’m strictly following @medicalmedium. Until MM I was trying to follow a generally anti-inflammatory diet… but no one could tell me WHY foods were inflammatory for me. No one could tell me that Epstein-Barr, Shingles, Strep, and heavy metals were the root causes of my inflammation and pain. NO ONE KNEW THIS INFORMATION. Blood tests could not show this. Muscle testing, hair-mineral analysis could not show this… so, TRY to be your own health expert WITHOUT know the ROOT CAUSE of your issues. I couldn’t. I wasted 26 years of my life. Celery juice being the number one thing I added to my daily routine that helped my health incline. When I first started following MM protocols my intention was to heal my painful bloating. I never imagined healing so many other symptoms Ive struggled with in my past along the way, and one day at a time they slowly started to vanish. Some of them being : acne brain fog anxiety depression hair loss excessive weight loss raynauds syndrome OCD eye floaters allergies, and the list goes on. Every day I’m amazed at how far I have come, and how much my healing has progressed. All by following simple protocols medical medium has shared with the world. I’ll never go back to mistreating my body the way I have in my past. Lowering the fats in my diet, and eating more clean carbs ( potatoes sweet potatoes fruit winter squash coconut water, and raw honey) has improved my health. True healing is possible from anything you may be struggling with today. Your body is always working for you, and when you give what it needs is when it really begins to thrive. I thank @medicalmedium for the information he works so hard to put out into the world. Without him SOC, and the information they continue to share with us daily I’m not sure where I would be with my health. Repost from @flameandfolk HEALING THE VAGUS NERVES September 21st, 2017 - rushed to the ER after throwing up for 4 days uncontrollably. Barely able to eat or drink anything. My tests come back and the doctor says I’m totally fine. Asks if I’m sure I’ve been throwing up for that many days? Am I doing this for attention? Am I making this up? I just need to stress less. This goes on for 3 years. While going to different doctors, specialists, alternative doctors - not one could tell me what was actually going on with me. They were stumped. They ordered allergy tests, told me I was sensitive to foods & that’s why I was throwing up so to eliminate foods from my diet. When that didn’t work they gave me supplements full of crap. When that didn’t work they put me on gut powders. When that didn’t work they gave me pharmaceuticals. And when that didn’t work, they did what they always do. In true basic mainstream doctor fashion - they blamed it on me. I wanted to SCREAM! I wasn’t making it up. I just wanted answers and to feel better. Vagus nerves, yes there are 2, run from the brain stem down into the chest like a grapevine & crisscross down into the abdomen. Pathogens, toxic heavy metals and neurotoxins inflame these nerves, causing symptoms to arise. There are “hot spots” formed on areas of the inflamed vagus nerve(s) & this will determine what symptoms you experience. I suffered from vomiting, vertigo, anxiety, panic attacks, tightness of the chest, tightness of the throat, nausea, & gut issues. These are all due to inflamed vagus nerves. And the only reason I know that now is because @medicalmedium started talking about them. First on his lives. Then in his new books, Brain Saver & Brain Saver Protocols. Doctors didn’t know the words “vagus nerves” until AW put it on the map. Knowing the root cause of what ails you is half the battle. The other half is knowing how to heal it. And you can heal.
