Dear Citizens of Queensland, My name is the Suspended Dr William Bay, I am the leader of the Queensland Peoples’ Protest (QPP) and no longer a registered practising QLD-based doctor. I have been asked by members of our community to outline the reasons why my organisation is visiting and protesting different sites around Queensland. QPP has now toured many different locations across QLD as part of our State Undemocracy Tour to bring awareness to residents that their MPs were complicit in the ending of parliamentary democracy on the 31st March 2022 with the amendment to the Public Health Act 2005 under section 362B (Reference No. 1) that gives the Chief Health Officer unreviewable powers to make any directive he believes is necessary as long as it is connected to preventing the spread of Covid-19. The CHO’s powers are absolute with the Supreme Court and the Premier unable to review them. These powers are unconstitutional, illegal and immoral because they override all laws and considerations pertaining to due process, human rights, and basic Western freedoms like freedom to transact, speak and move. Consequently, this law cannot be allowed to stand. Furthermore, the tyranny in QLD is set to be multiplied with the impending vote on the: Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2022 (Reference No. 2) which is before the QLD Parliament now. It is a bill introduced by Health Minister Yvette D’Ath and was reviewed by the Health and Environment Committee headed by Chair, Aaron Harper member for Thuringowa, who disappointingly recommended the bill be passed. The committee determined that the key objective of the bill was to strengthen public safety and confidence in the provision of health services. The legislation’s key reform is to refocus the objectives and guiding principles of the existing National Law to make public safety and confidence paramount considerations. It is worth noting that If the bill is passed in QLD it automatically applies to all state and territories except WA and SA which must (but will very likely) update their laws. The threat of this bill is that it seeks to make “public confidence in health services” as the paramount principle of all our healthcare. This is a radical departure from the previously well-established and respected principle of patient-centred care. The RACGP and AMA have expressed concerns over this refocusing of healthcare, and professional indemnity insurance companies like MIGA and the Insurance Council of Australia have agreed that the term ‘public confidence’ lacks a clear definition and scope, and they raised concerns about how courts and tribunals would interpret the term. The Queensland Peoples’ Protest argues strongly that the passing of this legislation will end the practice of medicine as we know it and will result in the death of informed consent, medical ethics, and the very lives of many Queenslanders and Australians. This is because when treatment of patients is not guided by their individual circumstances (medical history, medications, allergies etc.) but by the principle of what makes the Department of Health in each state look most trustworthy; then mistakes and indeed, incorrect treatments of patients is bound to occur. Mistakes in medical treatment will inevitably lead to patient deaths, deaths that can and will be directly attributable to the passage of this inherently unconscionable bill. The Queensland Peoples’ Protest urges all Queenslanders to write to their state MP and demand the blockage of this bill lest all our medical freedoms are eroded and unimaginable patient harm occurs to you or your loved ones. The World Health Organization is attempting a GLOBAL POWER GRAB by seeking to have the 194 member nations of the World Health Assembly adopt amendments to the International Health Regulations as well as adopt a completely new international agreement commonly referred to as the proposed “Pandemic Treaty.”. The proposed amendments would make the WHO’s proclamations legally-binding rather than just advisory recommendations. The changes would institute global digital health certificates, dramatically increase the billions of dollars available to the WHO and enable nations to implement the regulations WITHOUT respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people. Agreement by a simple majority of the 194 member nations is all that is needed to adopt the amendments because, as amendments to an existing agreement, neither the advice and consent of the United States Senate, nor the signature of the President would be required. These amendments are being negotiated in secret without any opportunity for comment by people from around the world.

In 2019, the Australian Human Rights Commission called for submissions to an inquiry into human rights, ironically called ‘Free and Equal: An Australian conversation on human rights’ (the National Conversation)‘. In the Foreword section of the AVN’s November 2019 submission (copied below), President Aneeta Hafemeister warned of a coming dystopia featuring cradle-to-grave vaccinations and boosters, as well as the restriction of citizen’s movements! In her closing she implores Australian citizens to support either a constitutional bill of rights, or, a federal human rights Act which is binding on both the parliamentary and executive arms of government, before it is too late! Foreword A growing number of Australians are becoming acutely aware that vaccination policy will eventually intrude into every aspect of their personal, family, social and economic lives, unless the sweeping powers available to the parliament under the Australian Constitution are duly limited. It is not a case of if, but when vaccination policy will touch an individual, family or occupational class. It would seem that no citizen will be immune from the authoritarian creep towards coercive, cradle-to-grave, or more correctly, womb-to-tomb vaccination laws, as vaccine promoters find more and more indications for vaccination. The old, the young, the yet-to-be-born; no citizen will be able to escape multiple rounds of vaccination and boosters. Existing mandates for health care workers will be extended to other occupations, and as vaccination failure becomes more difficult to conceal by health officials, adults, including pregnant women, will be increasingly targeted for vaccination, and their freedom of movement restricted. This is the dystopian future planned for us. Since 2015, Australian citizens have lost important social, economic and medical rights, under the ‘No Jab, No Pay’ and ‘No Jab, No Play’ mandatory vaccination laws, which were not justified on either individual health or public health grounds. Despite Australia having historically high vaccination rates, these laws were framed as being necessary to further increase vaccination rates, without any evidence that such an increase would lead to healthier children or a reduction in disease outbreaks. In other words, vaccination became an end in itself under these laws. These laws provide alarming examples of how our system of representative democracy is not capable of protecting minorities with dissenting positions, and how easily it can be hijacked by extremist lobby groups which ‘have the ear’ of members of parliament. As Australia is the only liberal democracy without a constitutional bill of rights, or comprehensive federal human rights legislation, most rights which Australians take for granted are not adequately protected against legislative excess. Under our system of government, citizens rely, almost exclusively, on the goodwill and diligence of their elected representatives to enact proportionate and least-rights-restrictive laws, characteristics which were rarely observed during the enactment of the No Jab, No Pay/Play laws. Consequently, there is a strong case, and growing support for law reform in this area. The legislative models adopted in Victoria, A.C.T., and recently Queensland – whilst ensuring that ministerial and other administrative decisions are consistent with the protection of human rights – are not binding on the parliament itself. As a result, under these models, the parliament is still permitted to enact laws which violate human rights, which we witnessed first-hand with the enactment of the Victorian ‘No Jab, No Play’ law in 2015. For this reason, a similar model should not be supported at the federal level. I encourage all Australian citizens to support either a constitutional bill of rights, or, a federal human rights Act which is binding on both the parliamentary and executive arms of government. Factors that contribute to zinc absorption and utilisation There are various factors that may contribute to zinc absorption and utilisation: • The main site of zinc absorption is in the proximal small intestine.1 Proper digestive function is beneficial to nutrient absorption.1-3 • High levels of copper may affect zinc absorption – zinc and copper are mutually antagonistic, both interfering with the absorption of the other in the gastrointestinal tract.2 • Plant sources of zinc are difficult to absorb; fibre and dietary inhibitors such as phytates can impair zinc absorption. Those consuming a high plant-based diet may have an increased need for zinc.1-3 Functions of zinc Zinc is involved in nerve conduction, and is abundant in the central nervous system, particularly the presynaptic vesicles of excitatory neurons, thus helping in healthy nervous system function.4 Zinc and glutamate co-localise, suggesting that zinc has a regulatory role in the functioning of glutamatergic synapses, and regulating of inhibitory neurotransmitter function. Zinc also plays an antioxidant role in the body; acting as an important cofactor of superoxide dismutase, an endogenous antioxidant.4 Zinc is also an important antagonist of other minerals in the body, such as copper, assisting to maintain the balance of these minerals.2 The role of cofactors • Neurotransmitter synthesis: P5P is involved in the synthesis of several neurotransmitters including serotonin, GABA and dopamine.3,5 • Antioxidant function: Manganese superoxide dismutase is found in the mitochondria and may help to eliminate superoxides before they damage mitochondrial function.6 Vitamin C is one of the most effective water-soluble antioxidants in the body and acts as a free radical scavenger, as well as protecting cells against oxidative damage.3 • Energy production: P5P and vitamin C play a role in cellular energy production.7

Covid-19 “vaccine”: Why you should not take it December 2020, with “vaccine” death/injury data revised regularly since Graham Lyons B Agric Sci M Public Health PhD 1. SARS Cov-2 (the supposed cause of Covid-19) has neither been isolated nor characterised, therefore how can it be genuinely tested for, and how can a vaccine be produced for it? 2. Official “virologists”, “epidemiologists”, “infectious disease experts”, “public health officials” are mostly not genuine scientists, are not to be trusted, and are usually corrupted by Gates/Big pHARMa funding. Moreover, the mainstream media (MSM) are just the propaganda arm of the parasitic globalist bankster cabal behind the coronahoax. They have lied massively to us about this fake pandemic since February 2020. 3. Vaccine developers and purveyors have NO LIABILITY (since a US 1986 Act) for any damage (i.e. death, injury) caused by their vaccines. 4. Covid vaccine trials are manifestly inadequate: the drug companies claim to have developed safe, effective vaccines within 11 months of the supposed outbreak of Covid-19: BULLSHIT! It normally takes 5-10 years to develop a vaccine, and then they still carry risks and usually confer no advantages. For example, smallpox, polio, measles, whooping cough, etc were neither reduced nor eliminated by vaccines, but by other public health measures, e.g. better nutrition, safe drinking water, and improved sanitation and housing. As expected, after nearly two years of the covax/quax, there are large numbers of deaths and other adverse reactions, although minimised by the MSM. For example, Spanish media reported that at the Nuestra Senova del Rosario nursing home, Andalusia 46 residents (of a total of ca 100) died within one month of getting the Pfizer quax. Staff reported a “coronavirus outbreak” soon after the quax was administered. The numbers are escalating…see the final paragraph for an update. 5. Big pHARMa collectively cannot be trusted to act responsibly, ethically and safely, given their woeful vaccine track record, especially in Africa and India, e.g. Glaxo Smith Kline, WHO, Gates vaccine trials in Africa over decades, that resulted in numerous deaths and injuries, including deliberate sterilisation. Fourteen years of Gates polio vaccine in India left 496,000 children paralysed, and in 2017 Indian health authorities ejected the Gates Foundation from the country. None of the above was reported in the MSM. 6. Vaccines for coronaviruses have never been effective and have always been dangerous. 7. But in any case, the “covid vaccines” are not real vaccines at all. Most contain mRNA and/or graphene hydroxide. If the former, the “vaccinated” individual becomes an instant genetically modified organism (GMO) and the harmful “spike proteins” travel through the entire body and accumulate in most organs. If the latter, graphene hydroxide “nano razor blades” (just a single atom thick, very sharp and indestructible) gradually carve up the cardiovascular system. See Dr Andreas Noack’s video exposing this in the references below. This brave, brilliant Austrian biochemist was murdered three days after making this video. And some batches even contain weird parasites, as though the pHARMa perpetrators of this atrocity wish to be represented, in microscopic form, in their own toxic products. It is obviously not a real vaccine, and the term “quax” better describes it, which reflects the pseudoscience or quackery used to promote it. The quax rollout represents, inter alia, a massive, global human experiment of a new, untried, untrialled genetic technology. As such, and especially when coercion/mandates apply (especially in late 2021/early 2022), the quax program violates The Nuremberg Code. Are you aware of the globalists’ transhuman/Human 2.0/Epsilon agenda? 8. Why bother even making or taking a vaccine against such a benign “disease”? And this assumes that it actually exists, and the “cases” (which are actually positives to a PCR test never designed to identify actual viruses…see Kary Mullis, its inventor, on the www, warning of this), while “Covid-19 deaths” (which are all due to other, real causes, but fraudulently allocated to this “novel coronavirus”) are real. Even assuming all of that, the infection fatality is around 0.04%. Total all-cause mortality in most countries in 2020 was similar to the mean of the previous three years. This was no pandemic. But from mid-2021, excess mortality of up to 40% became evident, due to the quax. 9. Vaccines often contain unethical material, e.g. foetal tissue, along with all manner of other toxic shite, e.g. aluminium, mercury, polyethylene glycol, etc, that can trigger anaphylactic shock and autoimmune conditions, and the quax is no exception. 10. It is likely to contain the Gates nanochip (see the ID2020 website) to track you and enable you to become a New World Order slave. It may also contain “nanobots” which can report on myriad physiological parameters to a central authority. Do you fancy becoming “a slave on a digital plantation”? Of course, these will not be issues if you die from the quax in the meantime. 11. There is a risk of mass sterilisation, part of the Gates depopulation agenda. Sterilisation, mostly of women and girls, was achieved in trials in Africa, noted above. You need to realise that we are dealing with seriously evil, psychopathic organisations and individuals here, who hold the bulk of humanity in contempt, want to get rid of most of it, and enslave those who survive this democide. 12. If the quax is self-evidently wonderful, why the need for coercion and mandates? This is medical tyranny at its worst and a blatant violation of The Nuremberg Code. In late 2021 and early 2022 in Australia this quax coercion and mandating reached extreme levels. We are now existing under a bio-medical fascist police state. 13. If this supposed virus mutates into new strains so rapidly, what is the point of a quax anyway? It will soon be outflanked. PRESS RELEASE 16th December 2021, revised September 2022 Why I refuse to submit to the “Covid PCR test” by Graham H Lyons B Agric Sci M Public Health PhD Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was developed as a laboratory process to amplify fragments of RNA and DNA (which are abundant in the human body) to obtain sufficient material for study. Its inventor, Kary Mullis, who died unexpectedly in August 2019, repeatedly stated that PCR “does not identify free infectious viruses at all”, and should never be used as a diagnostic for this purpose. Yet this is exactly what it is being used for, to “identify” SARS Cov-2, the supposed cause of “Covid-19”. However, this “test” was developed using nothing more than computer modelling of a genetic sequence. No actual viral isolate from a Covid-19 patient was ever used in developing this “test”. SARS Cov-2 is an in silico “virus” which has not been isolated, let alone proven to be the cause of Covid-19. The “justification” for the use of PCR in the Covid-19 context was provided by an article published in January 2020 by Cormen, Drosten et al in European Surveillance. This fraudulent article was “peer reviewed” in just one day. “Asymptomatic spread” of Covid-19 is nonsense. Hence the breathless reports by the MSM and governments of Covid-19 “infections” or “cases” are nothing of the sort. There is no such thing as a “confirmed Covid-19 case”. The entire database is invalid. Yet these fake data have been used to “justify” widespread unlawful, unconstitutional “lockdowns” (house arrests), border closures, “quarantine” of healthy people (a perversion of its true purpose) and other “covid diktats” such as “QR check-ins”, “social distancing”, frequent application of toxic chemicals to hands, and mask wearing (see below), none of which have any scientific basis. This is not about a “pandemic” or “keeping you safe”, it is nothing more (nor less) than the imposition of tyranny. My application of “Disobedience is the true foundation of liberty (HD Thoreau) and “Live not by lies” (Solzhenitsyn 1974) governs my noncompliance with any of these fake covid diktats. In addition to the fraudulence of the “Covid test”, the nasal swab method is unnecessarily invasive. If this supposed viral infection/disease is so infectious, it surely could be detected non-invasively via a saliva sample. There are reports of release of cerebrospinal fluid and even death resulting from the nasal swab. It is also widely regarded that this sampling method enables the collection of high quality host DNA for lucrative biomedical databases, invariably in the absence of informed consent. The “legitimacy” of the deadly Covid “vaccination” program hinges upon the validity of hundreds of thousands of PCR fake positive cases globally, combined with fake Covid-related mortality data. The study of electricity must be restored to biology, chemistry, and medicine. • Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) interfere with the flow of electrons in our nerves, our brains, and our hearts’ pacemakers. This is responsible for the recent huge increases in the prevalence of neurological diseases such as ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and autism, and the large increase in the incidence of heart attacks in young people. • EMFs interfere with the flow of electrons from the food we eat to the oxygen we breathe, which occurs day and night in the mitochondria of every cell in order to make the energy necessary for life. • This interference with metabolism -- interference with the burning of sugars, fats and proteins for energy -- has put all living things into a state of oxygen deprivation. This is occurring to every person, every animal, every insect, and every plant, without ceasing and without possibility of escape. • The reduced ability of our cells to digest sugars is called diabetes. • The reduced ability of our cells to digest fats causes them to be deposited in in our tissues, resulting in obesity. It causes them to be deposited in coronary arteries, resulting in heart disease. • The reduced ability of our cells to utilize the oxygen we breathe causes them to revert to anaerobic (non-oxygen-using) metabolism, resulting in cancer. • The extraordinary increases in these four pandemic diseases -- obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer -- are predominantly caused by constant radiation from personal wireless devices and the global infrastructure that supports them. • In bees, which have a very high metabolism, this interference is quickly lethal. Colony collapse disorder is caused almost entirely by electrosmog. • The 75% decline in flying insects in nature reserves throughout Germany, and the 98% to 99% decline in the number of crawling insects in a Puerto Rican rainforest -- decreases that reflect what is globally being called “insect apocalypse” -- are predominantly caused by the enormous increase in the intensity of radiation from the global wireless infrastructure. • The unprecedented mass deaths of nesting birds worldwide in the spring and summer of 2022 was due to the tremendous global intensification of wireless infrastructure now occurring on land, in space, and in the oceans. • The emissions from wireless devices are called radio frequency (RF) radiation. In addition to the general interference with electron flow in our bodies that occurs from any source of EMFs, RF radiation carries complex information from one wireless device to another in the form of frequencies and pulsation patterns. It carries the same information to the cells of our bodies, interfering with and drowning out the communication between our cells, and between our bodies and the Earth. • This interferes with reproduction, growth, differentiation, maturation, healing, and normal functioning, and is responsible for the dramatic degradation of human health in the past two and a half decades. • This interference with internal communication does not depend on dose. Even at near-zero power levels, RF radiation has been shown to alter brain waves and change the structure of DNA. • Every wireless device and every antenna is responsible for electrosmog. None can ever be used safely, not even theoretically. Not cell towers, not cell phones, not WiFi, not Bluetooth, and not any of the 25 different wireless devices owned by the average household today. • Communication satellites, now being launched almost every other day, up to 54 at a time, by governments and private corporations, are massively polluting and altering the electromagnetic environment of the Earth itself. This is further degrading all of life below, because every living thing is part of the global electric circuit which flows at all times between the sky and the Earth. • There are 15 billion cell phones on Earth today emitting RF radiation, along with more than 6 million cell towers. On Tuesday I heard her interview Vanessa Nakate, a climate justice activist from Uganda, and what Vanessa had to say about the climate emergency applies with equal force to EMFs. Tuesday was Vanessa’s 26th birthday, or “bearthday,” as she spelled it for Amy. Vanessa reported that the Horn of Africa is experiencing severe drought, while large parts of Nigeria and Pakistan are underwater from record floods. The world must stop talking about “adaptation,” she said, because adaptation is already impossible. “You cannot adapt to extinction,” she said. A just transition to renewable energy is essential, she said, as is the total cessation of investments in fossil fuels. She is appalled that the Conference on Climate Change is being openly used as a marketing venue for the fossil fuel industry: more than 600 representatives of the fossil fuel industry are marketing their products in the pavilions at the COP! Her sentiments are equally applicable to EMFs. With radiation already so pervasive that the majority of people in some nations have diabetes or prediabetes, and 98% to 99% of insects have disappeared even in rainforests, “adaptation” is impossible. “Adaptation” in this case meaning “safe use” of wireless technology. The burning of fossil fuels must cease, and the use of cell phones must also cease. Those are the two things that must happen if we are to have a planet to live on in the near future. Yesterday (Wednesday), Amy interviewed Harjeet Singh, an activist from New Delhi, India who is with the Climate Action Network. Like Vanessa, he is outraged that not only has there been no progress on climate change in 30 years, but there is not even any mention of fossil fuels in the Paris Agreement that was adopted in 2015. And (as of yesterday) there was no mention of fossil fuels in the draft report of the COP 27 either. He, too, is scandalized by the 600 fossil fuel lobbyists that have turned the COP 27 into an Expo for their products. He is urging the nations of the world to develop a Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, which Tuvalu and Vanuato are calling for. They are two island nations whose very existence is threatened by rising sea levels. The parallels to EMF activism are striking. Just as 600 fossil fuel lobbyists are hawking their products at a conference on climate change, so most people that attend EMF conferences and protests of 5G have cell phones in their hands. Just as there has been no progress on climate change for 30 years, so there has been no progress on radiation for 30 years. “A fight for climate justice is a fight for human rights,” said Vanessa Nakate. Likewise, a fight for a radiation-free world is a fight for human rights. It is time to stop nations from being flooded and submerged, and it is time to stop millions of people from being tortured and made homeless, and children worldwide from growing up with brain damage. It is time to stop burning fossil fuels, and it is time to stop using cell phones. The World Health Organization (WHO) negotiations regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) would, if accepted, threaten U.S. and personal sovereignty. These IHR amendments DO NOT require a vote by Congress. The worst IHR amendments were proposed by the U.S.. The Biden Administration’s proposed amendments to the WHO’s secret IHR negotiation process are a direct threat to the sovereignty of the U.S. and the personal freedoms of We, the People. For example, the proposed IHR amendments remove these words from Article 3: “with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedom of persons” . U.S. participation in the proposed Pandemic Treaty negotiations would further undermine our sovereignty.
