Parasaurolophus at Scott's Creek
Hello Rumble! Thank you for taking a break from the apocalypse to join me for my first full video here.
I hope you enjoy this painting of a Parasaurolophus (a hard word for all of us *ba dum ch*). This is a herbivores species in the duck bill dinosaur family. That large horn on their head actually has a resonating chamber most likely used to amplify vocalization. Imagine walking along a forested creek and seeing these beautiful animals that God made!
My schedule for this channel is bi-weekly on Sunday's at 7pm PST.

Hello Rumble! Let's paint some critters. (Introduction)
Painting animals allows Katie Preston (b. 1989) to use light, color, and carefully considered compositions to tell their stories. With acrylics, she is allowed to breathe life into the creatures she paints past or present. Each image showcasing a moment in time, daily activity, or the inner spirit of the subject. With a brush in hand, Katie is delighted to show you the marvelous and unforgettable world of wildlife.
Katie has shown her work at the Lan Su Chinese Garden, The 23 Sandy Gallery, and at The Elizabeth Jones Art Center.
