For today's workout we will use a pair of dumbbells for chest day. If no dumbbells use a bottle of water.
Complete each of these exercise 12-15 repetitions 2-3 times. For each single arm exercises make sure to do the same both side 4..Then take 45secs to 1 minute break in between 421 •
