Legs and Shoulders Day. 02/20/24 Squats and calf raises. Had a good workout.

Dead Lifts, barbell bent over rows and dumbbell one arm bent over rows.

Chest and Triceps 02/13/24. 6 sets of barbell bench, 4 sets of close grip bench press, 4 sets of dumbbell bench press, 6 sets of incline dumbbell bench, 4 sets of incline fly's, 4 sets of EZ bar tricep extensions, and 4 sets of dumbbell pull overs

02/12/24 Leg Day. Barbell squats 6 sets, Barbell calf raises 6 sets, dumbbell squats 4 sets. My workouts are on JEFit user ndheep
