Massive false reporting is an understatement, defamation of character, and complete destruction of family unit. And removes teen from mother and places teen with Father against teens screaming threats and cries. Vicci and her Family have been denied any visitation or contact with teen since Jan 2021, Teen recently fled fathers custody, was hiding out in store room of a PETCO store texting and telling officers of horrific abuse by father, only to have CPS place teen back with father without investigation. CPS buries all fathers mental illness diagnosis, history of sexual abuse on child, calls police and buries police investigations, buries all child’s medical records (brain tumors, Autism, EEG tests) and claims mother made it all up. But never alleges nor finds mother guilty of such acts. My husband abuser stalks, harasses, controls their finances, medical insurance, and psychologically tortures child online. The abuser dates someone with influence to CPS, CPS circumnavigates Family court, Domestic Violence laws and protections, illegally removes child. She worked for five years for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture as an Agriculture Technologist before being hired by the USDA Farm Service Agency in Mendocino County, California. Rosalind has a BA degree from Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies & Planning (1991 ENSP), with emphasis on solar power, photosynthesis, agriculture, crop production, and the efficient use of energy in the future. Ms. Peterson has won several awards and recognition for her extensive efforts to protect drinking water supplies in Martinez, California, from toxic chemical contamination. She also writes articles on many subjects including protection of the environment from ongoing, unregulated, atmospheric geoengineering experiments and weather modification programs. Missouri Judge Sends 14-Year-Old Girl to Live With Allegedly Abusive Dad While Jailing Her Mom and Now Threatening 7 year Jail Sentence. A St. Louis, Mo., family court judge, Nicole Zellweger, has launched an all-out judicial assault on Angela Freiner and her minor daughter, who are refusing her order to make the 14-year-old girl return to the man who she says sexually molested her. The minor at the center of the controversy recorded a hearing on her smartphone, which got into the hands of investigative journalist Michael Volpe, who posted it on YouTube. In the video, the minor child begs the judge not to send her to live with the man she says is a child molester. The audio is hard to hear, but it’s very plain that the minor child is in distress and begging the adults around her to take her concerns seriously. In return, Zellweger tried to coerce the daughter to comply, threatening to jail her mother for contempt. In the recording above, Zellweger can be heard telling the minor child that Freiner’s freedom is at stake if the child doesn’t cooperate. “She has free will but her free will can end up putting her in jail,” Zellweger says. The child, in obvious distress, pleaded with Zellweger, “I don’t want to live with him.” The judge replied, “When your mom is taken to jail you will have no other parent to live with but dad…I understand you’re not happy with the court’s judgment.” When the child refused to consent, the judge continued threatening to arrest her mother. “We can do it the easy way or we can do it the hard way,” Zellweger said. “I still don’t understand,” said the minor. “I told you that he was touching me [unintelligible] and you’re still going to make me go with him?” “There’s no evidence…” Zellweger interrupted the minor’s plea. Texas Family Courts Under Fire From Angry Parents: ‘Our Confidence in the Judiciary Is at an All-Time Low’ “This is what I’m telling you,” continued the child while sobbing. “I have a personal experience,” she said, begging. “You don’t understand, you’re just going to force me to go with a child molester.” At that point a male voice jumped in and scolded the child to be quiet with a loud “No!” and the minor fell silent while the judge repeated to the young girl that her story doesn’t matter in the eyes of the court because Zellweger didn’t hear any evidence of the molestation. But if only the child and the abuser were there at the time of the molestation, what evidence would there be, other than the child’s word? The child reported the alleged abuse to her school counselor and Child Protective Services in Montana (where she lived with her father) filed a report, but her allegations fell on deaf ears. When the child went to visit her mother for Christmas, she disclosed the allegation and refused to go back. Zellweger still ruled to send her to live with the father full-time, in spite of the allegations of abuse the child made in Montana and in her own courtroom. Christine Tells Her Story of Kidnapping by the State November 21, 2021 #infowindnewnews Christine Tells Her Story of an American Kidnapping My daughter was illegally taken in Maui county family court and forced into the custody of the abusive parent. Upon picking up my child after a forced overnight visit I was served with an order that forbid me the custodial parent from picking up and later being a mother to my child. This was in 2018. I have not seen my child as abusive parent isolates alienates and denies all contact with maternal side. My other 2 children also ate heavily affected by this removal of my daughter. I have never been charged with a crime I have been afforded no rights under the law. Nor has my child. No due process. And parents that inflict such psychological trauma should be incarcerated for this heinous act of child abuse as well the family courts that enforce such catastrophic practices that 58000 plus children are forced into the custody of an abusive parent every year. It's downright appalling. And dangerous. In the last 20 yrs, over a million children have been forced to reside with an abusive parent. Who then rapes and or murders this child when courts were aware of abuse prior toward the safe parent. It's absolutely horrifying that the ppl who swore to protect the innocent are the very ones we need protection from. What kind of world is this that we sacrifice our children daily for profit. And we are too busy daily to see that in all facets of society children have become expendable objects for profit. My daughter should have never been removed from all she knows, her family. Maui family court has fraudulently and with malice extorted exploited harassed and denied constitutional rights .... In an attempt to sever the mother child bond and interject serious mental trauma in my daughter as well despair in copius amounts for nothing more than escaping an abuser reporting this DV. I was subjected to. Numerous violations of family law regarding D.V. in custody cases continue to be ignored. Well my child life and mental state are toyed with. This is CHILD ABUSE and the elected ppl who are now accomplices of this sadism are just as responsible as the parent who inflicts such psychotic acts of aggression and terroristic abuse on the child they claim to love.
