Vicci and Her son were subject to Domestic Violence by the father (mother and teen son) then flee domestic violence from husband with diagnosed Mixed Personality Disorder with Psychotic Features, Paranoia, and Neurotic Depression, Covert Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Only to be eventually abused by the CPS and Family court system to a complete family destructive level.

The husband/ abuser has been allowed to violate all family court orders, financially abuse and control wife and teen, forged IRS documents, forge wife's signature (post separation) steal all the marital assets, with no orders to disburse any funds, husband continues “long arm” control over Vicci to date

Abuser then dates someone connected to CPS: only to have CPS violate all DV laws and protections, ignore family court records and orders, conduct “investigations” where mother/family is never permitted to speak, nor present evidence, call witness, cross examine. Massive false reporting is an understatement, defamation of character, and complete destruction of family unit. And removes teen from mother and places teen with Father against teens screaming threats and cries.

Vicci and her Family have been denied any visitation or contact with teen since Jan 2021, Teen recently fled fathers custody, was hiding out in store room of a PETCO store texting and telling officers of horrific abuse by father, only to have CPS place teen back with father without investigation.

CPS buries all fathers mental illness diagnosis, history of sexual abuse on child, calls police and buries police investigations, buries all child’s medical records (brain tumors, Autism, EEG tests) and claims mother made it all up. But never alleges nor finds mother guilty of such acts.

My husband abuser stalks, harasses, controls their finances, medical insurance, and psychologically tortures child online.

The abuser dates someone with influence to CPS, CPS circumnavigates Family court, Domestic Violence laws and protections, illegally removes child.
