Christine Tells Her Story of an American Kidnapping

My daughter was illegally taken in Maui county family court and forced into the custody of the abusive parent. Upon picking up my child after a forced overnight visit I was served with an order that forbid me the custodial parent from picking up and later being a mother to my child. This was in 2018. I have not seen my child as abusive parent isolates alienates and denies all contact with maternal side. My other 2 children also ate heavily affected by this removal of my daughter. I have never been charged with a crime I have been afforded no rights under the law. Nor has my child. No due process. And parents that inflict such psychological trauma should be incarcerated for this heinous act of child abuse as well the family courts that enforce such catastrophic practices that 58000 plus children are forced into the custody of an abusive parent every year. It's downright appalling. And dangerous. In the last 20 yrs, over a million children have been forced to reside with an abusive parent. Who then rapes and or murders this child when courts were aware of abuse prior toward the safe parent. It's absolutely horrifying that the ppl who swore to protect the innocent are the very ones we need protection from. What kind of world is this that we sacrifice our children daily for profit. And we are too busy daily to see that in all facets of society children have become expendable objects for profit. My daughter should have never been removed from all she knows, her family. Maui family court has fraudulently and with malice extorted exploited harassed and denied constitutional rights .... In an attempt to sever the mother child bond and interject serious mental trauma in my daughter as well despair in copius amounts for nothing more than escaping an abuser reporting this DV. I was subjected to. Numerous violations of family law regarding D.V. in custody cases continue to be ignored. Well my child life and mental state are toyed with. This is CHILD ABUSE and the elected ppl who are now accomplices of this sadism are just as responsible as the parent who inflicts such psychotic acts of aggression and terroristic abuse on the child they claim to love. This is an all out assault on the sanctity of the parent child sacred bond most importantly on the mother child bond. It is not only illegal nefarious and sadistic what is being done and inflicted on millions of our innocent children but more importantly this is creating mental illness in so many children that they inevitably will be a victim in adult life of abuse or a perpetrator.
The first photos are when I and my boys saw my daughter last. Nov 2018. My oldest son was getting married and father did not let my daughter attend. Because I was present.

The others are when she was in my home with her brothers. And dad had visits. The obvious change in my daughter is seen in these photos. It's so sad that a parent would inflict such turmoil and despair on their child, any child at that.

This is sickening. And the fact that this is taking place under color of law is the most blatant extreme form of abuse of power as it is inflicted on the innocent who seek help from D.V.
