Coolant leaks where very common on the mk4 1.8t and Audi 1.8t TT. The composite gets weak and brittle over time and causes coolant leaks. The turbo on this 2012 Passat TDI failed in a very crazy way. Part of the vane broke off and fell into the engine. The Turbo sits above the manifold on this car. This is the strangest failing turbo I've ever seen.

Cylinder head removal video coming soon. Today we take the first look at a VR6 cylinder head for damage. This car had a slightly leaking head gasket.
