Best stress reduction techniques
This is based off of Andrew Huberman's amazing lab work. This is called the 'physiological sigh'. In his opinion, this is the most effective way to calm down and get yourself into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Humans spontaneously use physiological sighs without realizing, in claustrophobic environments or in deep sleep when there is a build-up of carbon dioxide in the blood stream. This breathing pattern helps offload carbon dioxide whilst increasing oxygen intake, helping us to relax.

Food that decrease anxiety
Cortisol, commonly known as the stress hormone, is a vital component of the body's activating and energizing response, triggering the fight or flight reaction. Beyond its role in stress, cortisol also plays a pivotal part in regulating various bodily functions, including sleep cycles, inflammation, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. Understanding and managing what you consume can thus wield a substantial impact on your overall stress levels and well-being.

Dieting for healthy heart
What you eat can affect your risk of heart disease.
Risks come from being overweight, high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, and eating too much saturated fat. Eating less saturated fat, more fiber, and lots of plant-based foods can really lower your chance of getting heart disease.
Heart disease happens when the arteries supplying the heart get narrow, mostly because of a process called atherosclerosis. Plaque building up in the arteries can cause chest pain or, if it's unstable, lead to a heart attack.
Different things, like aging, smoking, diet, cholesterol, and exercise, can affect how likely you are to get heart disease.
Bad fats like saturated and trans fats can raise the risk, but good fats from things like olive oil and nuts can help lower it. Eating a mix of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and healthy proteins, while cutting back on bad fats, is a good plan for a healthy heart. Foods like oily fish, certain oils, fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds are especially good for your heart.
