GI Jane Bootcamp
After last week, I just wanna kick and punch. It's been tough. I miss his stand up Rally's and transparency. I miss his authentic street talk and honesty. I miss his protection and motivation. I want him back. He's our and we've been robbed. Things aren't the same, but he did teach me to never give up, so I'm not. He's the one who showed me I could get out of bed after my son died. I thought, if this man can be be gang stalked, and still do 7 rallies and meetings a day, I can get out of bed and do what I do best. Can't wait to have him back.

Combat Fitness
Got to do more fitness make- pretend, terminater 2 wannabe style. Progressive kickboxing exercises. Bottoms up, from 8 sets/reps, to 1. This was the end result. Just took each move and did it 8 xs, then 7, then 6...etc, til 1.

The Good The Bad And The Fit
Fringe Fitness program. Fitness should be fun and creative, which is why I love editing.
But you see, I like to work out the whole person including myself. Meaning, the mind and the body and the soul or spirit. This video is the end result,of a fringe fitness workout. I'm not including the breakdown or other parts of the workout. It is simply a demonstration of the end result a more dance type Fringe workout. It's not typical, and some might say they wouldn't be able to do it but trust me you would, if you would take my break down.
It suggests a fun way of getting cardio, toning and expressing yourself.

Fringe Fitness Abs, Thighs, Butt
This is a moron the advanced side, Fringe Fitness workout 4 ABS thighs and buns.
It is a progressive routine bottoms up. Meaning, you do the number of repetitions according to the set you are on from the bottoms up. So if you pick 8 sets, the first circuit you do will include 8 repetitions of each exercise. And you work your way up to 1.
I like working out that way, because you get a little reward every time you finish a set. The reward is you do one less of each exercise. Around set for it becomes very short. You're also doing more than you think and it makes it more interesting. Have fun. Watch it first. And modify modify modify. Also do it at your own risk.

Cool Fitness Workout
Thanks for visiting my ,"reinvention journal". I've fallen way behind and plan on, posting my, "reinvention, from trauma to transformation", by adding the last year and a half, from right after my son's passing. Also, plan on using Rumble at least once a day now. This is another fringe fitness workout. This was yesterday's. Tomorrow, is the first Monday of the new year. New year, new life. No matter how unnatural, it feels to, take myself very very seriously... which is the words God, spoke to me, during my darkest days. I'm supposed to share those words with other Angel moms. For them to, take themselves very very seriously.

Explosive body weight fitness conditioning, for skills, fast track shredding and also really fun.
This makes other workout seem super easy and it's also very fun to learn. I love it cuz that pumps you up and shreds you pretty fast if you also eat the right food. I mean like days instead of weeks.

My Reinvention Journey Began
Im an Angel mom, who has been journeying thru a self-reinventing, after losing it all, then losing my beautiful son. This video was the beginning of my journey.
One day, after communicating, one of my workouts ( I had been in the throws of restarting my Fitness business, when my son passed), to my son's freinds, to prove to them, I was okay, and I could continue the rest of my day, on my couch greiving, I noticed that the process, of putting myself out there, and editing, made me feel almost normal for the first time, in months.
I also asked God, what I should do if He, was going to leave me here, without my son. I asked for days when suddenly I heard, "KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING". To which I replied, " You're kidding!".
I started to do more and more, and will be posting them here.
