Fringe Fitness program. Fitness should be fun and creative, which is why I love editing.

But you see, I like to work out the whole person including myself. Meaning, the mind and the body and the soul or spirit. This video is the end result,of a fringe fitness workout. I'm not including the breakdown or other parts of the workout. It is simply a demonstration of the end result a more dance type Fringe workout. It's not typical, and some might say they wouldn't be able to do it but trust me you would, if you would take my break down.

It suggests a fun way of getting cardio, toning and expressing yourself.
