Supine Yoga Poses
Today I lead you through a handful of my favorite supine yoga poses, which means they are all practiced on your back. These poses are great for relaxation, while also relieving stress and tension. If you have anxiety, these can be really beneficial for you as well. I suggest following along to this video to get familiar with each pose and incorporating them into your weekly routine, holding each for at least for 3-5 breaths. Enjoy!
