Day 21 of the challenge with a pretty painful muscle pull the smart thing to do is rest, with that being said I’m 486 push-ups away from completing the challenge and I wont be stopped! It’s gonna be a difficult end as with every set the pain is more intense. Time to suck it up and Push through.

Still painful but getting used to it. Another best on my first set of push-ups. I wonder how many I’ll be able to do by the time this is over.
