Why I Recommend Eating Animal Products
Let's talk about something that could get a little controversial.
I'm not here to argue; I'm here to state facts.
So let's get it out there: I do not recommend plant-based diets.
Here is the bottom line:
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
You cannot get from plants what you can get from animals.
⬆️ ⬆️ ⬆️ ⬆️ ⬆️
Now, don't get me wrong. We need plant foods, too.
But our stomachs contain pepsin and hydrochloric acid. And those are meant to digest animal proteins, not plant materials.
This is just the tip of the iceberg in what needs to be a bigger discussion, but I wanted to share this clip with everyone that comes from one of my biweekly sessions with my clients.

The Best Tests for Fatty Liver
I love talking to other people in the health field.
A lot of great tips and advice come from these sessions.
This clip is from a meeting I had with Dr. Michael Goran, who authored the book "Sugarproof: The Hidden Dangers of Sugar That Are Putting Your Child's Health at Risk and What You Can Do," which is just chock-full of great stuff.
It's definitely NOT just for people who still have kids in the house, either.
During this talk, we covered a lot of subjects. This one is about fatty liver, and it comes from someone who was watching our live talk.
They wanted to know the best tests to take for fatty liver.

Cut Your Sugar Consumption
Want to cut down on sugar consumption?
It's something all of us should be trying to do, really.
I had an Instagram Live with Dr. Michael Goran, author of Sugarproof: The Hidden Dangers of Sugar That Are Putting Your Child's Health at Risk and What You Can Do.
In this clip, we discuss sugar, and some alternative sweeteners that you might have heard about, too.
There are healthier choices you can make that are great alternatives, including:
🥥 coconut sugar
🍁 maple syrup
Think about where a person might be able to make changes in their life when it comes to sugar consumption. It's not all obvious sources of sugar like candy, either:
It can come from bagels 🥯, pasta, 🍝, bread 🍞, and countless other sources, too.
They'll all turn into sugar, so they're not nutrient-dense, health-enriching foods like we want to be concentrating on.
I hope this helps!

Testimonials - Brenda P
There's nothing to make a person totally lose their enthusiasm like not getting the results they'd hoped for.
In the health realm, I see this all too often.
A person finds some kind of potion, lotion, shake, bar, cream, or even a health program that claims to be what they need...but the results just aren't there.
It leaves them feeling pretty hopeless. 😩
Brenda is one of those people who had tried it all...
...but unfortunately, she hadn't gotten any success.
That all changed, however, when she discovered our Cellular Health Accelerator program.
🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️
Brenda is learning about herself, her health, and her body. She's thrilled with every member of our team that's helped her along the way, and she wanted to make a video to share that with everyone.

Making Better Choices
Is everyone aware that we have a Mindset Coach on our team?
Coach Stephanie is awesome. Our clients just adore her.
I wanted to share a clip from one of her latest client sessions. She meets regularly with them to discuss all things mindset.
In this video, she is discussing how to make better choices -- a topic that all of us can benefit from hearing a little bit about.
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Though just a few minutes long, in this video, you can learn about how our thoughts create emotions, which will lead to action steps.
Each of us has a choice: to talk kindly to ourselves, and to accept that we're not perfect -- or to beat ourselves up anytime we don't do everything right.
Coach Steph goes over some details about how you might be able to do this, including refining the "why" behind making any life changes.
Give a listen and see what can be learned!

Testimonials - Yvette I
Health is a journey.
It's not a destination or a place we reach after putting in X amount of work.
Being truly well has to involve a continual effort.
That's not to say that we have to always be perfect on this journey -- as I like to say to my clients, progress over perfection, right? ⬅️
None of us are perfect, and there are going to be steps we take that aren't always on that healthy path we know we want for our lives.
And that's okay!
Here at Key Cellular Nutrition, we want to make sure that each and every one of our clients has the know-how to continue their journey, long after they graduate from our Cellular Health Accelerator program.
Check out how our approach has changed Yvette's life for the better!

A Valuable Lesson With Dr. Cole: Digestion (Poor Digestion & Your Immune Response)
There are over 100 different kinds of autoimmune diseases now, and the number of people suffering from them continues to rise. ⬆️
Lifestyle and environmental factors that damage our internal cellular environments are most certainly at play, and poor digestive health is a key factor as well.
I’ve seen it time and time again through CHA - we fix someone’s gut and balance their microbiome, reducing inflammation and healing the gut lining (thereby eliminating leaky gut), and autoimmune-related symptoms decrease or resolve.
Why is this? When our gut health is out of whack, our food can’t be digested properly - and our body begins to identify undigested proteins, in particular, as foreign objects that need to be attacked and destroyed by our immune systems. 🔥🔥
These proteins can “look” strikingly similar to proteins found in the thyroid and other areas of the body, and over time the immune system begins attacking them, too.
It’s a vicious cycle that can only be broken by healing the cells in the gut, and restoring health to the digestive system.

Testimonials - Deana W
“The CHA program...on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d probably give it a 20.” 🤩
Before going through our program, Deana thought she was doomed to suffer from chronic fatigue and brain fog for the rest of her life.
Sadly, I meet people who feel this way often.
And how could they not?
Many in this situation arrive at their conclusion after traveling a long, frustrating road to try to find an explanation for their inexplicable symptoms. They’ve likely had their concerns dismissed, perhaps multiple times, or been prescribed a medication (or two, or three, or four) that doesn’t help. 😩
They think that they’ve exhausted all their options, and they don’t know where else to turn.
I’m so thankful when people like this find me, and allow me and my team to partner with them to restore their health at a cellular level...because that’s the key to lasting health, and the missing piece in the puzzle of unexplained symptoms. 🧩

Feeling Bloated? Listen to This
Anyone who’s been following me for a while knows that I spend a lot of time talking about gut and digestive health, and there's good reason for that.
If we’re not digesting our food properly, our bodies aren’t getting the nutrients they need to function at optimal levels. 👎🏼
And that’s a big problem.
🚨 It’s important to watch for symptoms of digestive issues - things like excessive gas, bloating, pain, and nausea - as these are our body’s way of alerting us that something isn’t right. 🚨
Take bloating, for example. That tight, uncomfortable, distended feeling could be the result of low stomach acid and improperly digested food that has outstayed its welcome in the gut.
I discuss this in more detail in this video, give it a watch! 👀
Correcting imbalances in the gut and eliminating digestive troubles like this is one of the main focuses of my Cellular Health Accelerator program. Know someone who could benefit from that kind of help? Send them to www.coleclass.com to learn more!

Kids' Tummy Problems & Fructose Intolerance
Know a child who’s experiencing unexplained tummy troubles like upset stomach, diarrhea, or excessive gas? 🤢
They might be suffering from fructose intolerance!
Fructose - a simple sugar that, alongside glucose, comprises table sugar - is found naturally in honey 🍯 and many fruits 🍎, but is also added as a sweetener to many foods and drinks. High-fructose corn syrup, for example, is a sweetener that many people are likely familiar with and have seen on food/drink labels.
Babies are not born with the ability to absorb fructose, but most children develop it as they grow older. 🧒🏻
If a child is fructose intolerant, however, their body never develops that ability - for them, ingesting fructose causes uncomfortable digestive symptoms that often go undiagnosed and unexplained for quite some time.
If this sounds familiar, try cutting foods high in fructose from the child’s diet to see if symptoms improve...if they do, it’s likely the child is suffering from an intolerance and will benefit from a low fructose diet! 🙌

A Valuable Lesson With Dr. Cole: Digestion (Why Most People Today Have Compromised Digestion)
Every good action movie has good guys and bad guys, and our guts are no different.
Weird comparison? Maybe. But hear me out!
It’s hard to wrap our heads around, but we have TRILLIONS of microbes 🦠 living in our digestive tracts, including both “good” and “bad” bacteria, which collectively make up our gut microbiome.
The “good guys” – the bacteria that’s beneficial and necessary for good health – fight the good fight day in and day out to keep the “bad guys” – the bacteria capable of causing disease – at bay.
Sounds like the plot for a good action movie, right? 🎬
It’s a delicate balance ⚖️, and one that more and more research is proving essential to our overall health. Our microbiome plays an important role in immune system regulation, mental health, and a host of other bodily functions – one of the most important being proper digestion.
But things like eating too many carbs and too much sugar 🍞, overexposure to antibiotics 💊 (both in prescription form and in the foods we eat), antibacterial soap 🧼, and toxins in the environment ☠️ are causing gut dysbiosis - or an outnumbering of bad vs good bacteria - for millions of people. And digestive issues are one of the many negative results.
❗ When we can’t properly digest our food our body doesn’t receive the nutrients it needs to thrive. ❗
What can we do?
Focus on replacing processed foods with whole, nutrient dense foods like fruits and vegetables, high quality protein, and healthy fats, and include bone broth and fermented foods to help heal digestive issues.
Also, avoid unnecessary antibiotics or products containing antibacterial ingredients and toxins to help restore balance to the gut microbiome! ✌️

A Valuable Lesson With Dr Cole: The Effects Of Alcohol On Health
Want to know what it's like to be a client in the Cellular Health Accelerator program?
I'm going to give everyone a chance to find out by checking out a full session of one of my client Zoom meetings.
Twice a week, I meet with my clients to talk about questions, concerns, and topics that I know will be of interest.
In this one, it's all about alcohol. 🍷
If a person is in ill health, there are VERY good reasons to consider cutting out alcohol.
This video goes over my entire Zoom meeting, from Felisha asking for wins at the start of the call, and into the meat of it -- all about alcohol.
Learn how alcohol affects:
✅ The gut
✅ Kidneys
✅ Liver
...and more!
I let my clients take the reins on these calls a lot, too. So we also cover topics like statins and heart disease, diet variation, and the carnivore diet.
This gives people a real look into what it's like to be a CHA client. Enjoy!

Testimonials - Lisa K
When an individual is feeling drained, their health seems to start to slide downhill.
This makes perfect sense, once you think about it at a cellular level. Bear with me here, because I’m going to break it down to make it simple to understand.
Every human is made of cells.
If a person is exhausted, it means their cells aren’t producing enough energy. The mitochondria of the cell is considered the “energy factory,” but clearly, it’s not doing its job if an individual is run-down all the time.
💡 I’ll say it again and again, until it becomes common knowledge:
better health begins at the cell. 💡
There is no healthy person with unhealthy cells. Any quest to attain better health (which includes not being dog-tired constantly) has to address the health of the body’s cells!
If anyone is curious about the effects our program will have on a person's energy levels, check out Lisa's testimonial! 🌟 🌟 🌟

Sometimes, it can feel like we've tried it all to get our health back.

To try and try again...without getting any results. 😩 😩 😩
And there's just too much information out there -- and conflicting information -- to wade through it alone.
That's where the Key Cellular Nutrition team comes in.

There are enough difficulties in life -- when it comes to health, my team and I have worked tirelessly to make each client's journey simple for them.

Fix Your Metabolism: Dr. Bill Cole + Dr. Michael Goran
Whoever coined the phrase “sugar and spice and everything nice” obviously wasn’t thinking of the health consequences that sugar brings – because if we’re being honest, sugar is anything but nice! 😈
As a nation we’re fatter and sicker than ever before, and sugar is largely to blame.
The average American now consumes a whopping 150 pounds of sugar every year...at the beginning of the 20th century, that number was only 17.5 pounds. 🤯🤯🤯
Fast foods and processed foods are packed full of sugar – even processed foods marketed as “healthy” are big offenders. In fact, it’s been estimated that sugar and empty calories (meaning calories from food that lacks any real nutrients) account for nearly 40% of most Americans' calories in a day.
All of this sugar is taking a huge toll on our health, driving inflammation and disease in the body like fuel on a 🔥.
I had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Michael Goran recently – renowned researcher and author of the highly-acclaimed book Sugarproof – to discuss this in more detail.
Take a listen!

A Valuable Lesson With Dr. Cole: Digestion (Do You Have the MTHFR Gene Mutation?)
Epigenetics is an incredibly interesting field of study that looks at how our lifestyle and environment influence our genes, and their behavior.
We now know that the things we do every day – what we eat 🥗, how much we move our bodies 🏃, how much sleep we get and the level of control we have over our stress 😴, the toxins we’re exposed to ☠️, etc. – can turn genes “on” or “off.”
Many of the health problems that we’ve traditionally thought of as genetic are really epigenetic, which is great news - it means we’re not doomed to a certain outcome just because a genetic mutation is present in our bodies.
We have the power to stack the deck in our favor! 💃
A healthy lifestyle with a nutrient-dense, whole food diet at its center reduces inflammation and promotes the kind of cellular health necessary to keep “bad” genes turned off.
Take the MTHFR gene mutation as an example – an estimated 60% of the population has it in one form or another, but many people never experience symptoms or problems because of it.
It really is true what they say – everything you eat is either fighting or fueling disease! 💪🏽

Testimonials - Laury L
Support is a key ingredient of success, and it’s one of our biggest focuses in the CHA program. 🤝
Starting something new can be intimidating – trust me, I completely understand! There are a lot of unknowns and questions that come along with any kind of change, especially when it’s related to our health.
That’s why we go above and beyond to provide in-depth guidance to every single one of our clients, from the time they sign up until the day they graduate 🎓 from the program (and even beyond that, if they choose to continue in our Mastermind program!).
Each client is assigned a concierge to help orient them to the program and navigate the technical side of things, and a dedicated health coach to guide them through the supplement, diet, and lifestyle protocol. 📚
In addition, we have a full calendar of weekly group calls on a wide variety of topics, from Q&A’s for each phase of the program to calls focusing on eating and mindset. I host two group calls each week as well so clients have direct access to me, too.
All of this is in addition to a Facebook group where clients and coaches support one another and ask questions, share wins, struggles, and more. 👭
It’s truly a one-of-a-kind support system!
Laury had high praise for the level of support she received and the wins she achieved through the program, take a listen!

A Valuable Lesson With Dr. Cole: Digestion (Acid Production & Your Digestion)
Can we talk about digestion for a minute?
Specifically, I'd like to talk about acid production.
When people have a problem like heartburn or acid reflux or GERD, they assume that they have too much acid production.
It's actually the opposite‼️
🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️ 🗝️
Twice a week, I meet with my clients. They have a chance to ask any questions they have, voice any concerns, and get even more valuable information about their health.
In this video clip, I took the opportunity to discuss digestion and acid production, because these mechanisms are really misunderstood by most people...
...and that's why they're popping antacids and taking stomach meds without seeing any change in their condition. 😕 😕 😕
Give it a watch and see if it's possible to learn something new!

I really enjoy sharing testimonial videos from my clients. There's no better way to decide if something is a good choice by hearing what others have to say about it, right?
We do it with everything, looking up product reviews before buying, or relying on word from a friend or family member before seeing a new medical provider.
This one is from April, who experienced some pretty tremendous changes in her health and life after joining the Cellular Health Accelerator program.
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
April wants everyone to know, "This is a program that changes your life. And it's worth every effort that you put into it."

How Can Sugar Affect Toddlers?
It's really easy to let our kids and grandkids reach for a sugary snack. After all, we can't explain to them like we would to an adult how sugar isn't great for their bodies -- and even if we could, we'd probably face dealing with a tantrum!
🍬 🍬 🍬
I had the privilege of doing an Instagram Live with Dr. Michael Goran, who is the author of Sugarproof: How sugar is silently damaging your child's health and what you can do about it (If that sounds interesting, be sure to head to his website, sugarproofkids.com).
My Cellular Health Accelerator program is geared more toward adults, though most are surprised to find out that some younger people are in there, too.
During this Instagram Live session, we discussed the effects of sugar on children. 🍭
And the news is not good.
If we don't want our kids to be set up for a lifetime of problems, we HAVE to watch their sugar consumption early on.
Take a few minutes to listen to this clip -- there's a good chance of learning something!

A Valuable Lesson With Dr. Cole: Digestion (Lemon Water, ACV, & Drinking During Meals)
Drinking beverages while eating: yes or no?
Anyone on this page a while knows I'm a big advocate of proper hydration.
But some have heard that it can compromise digestion. So, what is a person to do? 🤷♀️
I want my clients to have access to me, and be able to get their questions answered. That's why I hold biweekly Zoom sessions, discussing any concerns they have.
The support our team provides in our Cellular Health Accelerator program is truly unparalleled -- and it's one of the key ingredients to our "secret sauce" that adds up to a pretty impressive success rate!
In this session, I received a client question that was about drinking apple cider vinegar and water with lemon -- and yes, both can be super helpful!

Been diagnosed with Hashimoto's?
It feels devastating, doesn't it? It's an awful feeling, but it can also be a relief because finally, a person finally gets confirmation that something wasn't right, just as they suspected.
And most people with these autoimmune-type issues cope with their condition for decades without relief. They go to doctor after doctor...without getting any help.
🗝️ That's where the Cellular Health Accelerator comes in. 🗝️
Lynne struggled for 25 years, seeing doctor after doctor, before she discovered CHA and joined our community.
Lynne says of CHA,
"It was pretty amazing. Right off the bat, I was seeing results."
I absolutely love to hear that, because one of our main goals is to gain fast wins for our clients.

We Were Made to Heal
Is there any part of creation more awe-inspiring than the human body?
The intricacies of every system and the way they work together…our emotional capacity and resilience…and, of special interest to me, our body’s ability to heal itself.
Think about it for just a moment – without any intervention from a doctor, our body immediately begins the work of healing itself anytime we get a cut, injury, infection, or illness. 🤕 🤯
Now there are certainly times when the nature or severity of the situation necessitates external intervention, but for the most part our bodies are self-healing machines if we allow them to be.
🔑 That’s the key…if we allow them to be. 🔑
We have to live in such a way that our bodies can heal. That means removing the roadblocks to healing – things like highly processed, unhealthy food, toxins, and stress all damage our building blocks, our cells, and make it impossible for our bodies to work as they were designed to work.
I'm here to help people remove their roadblocks. Visit www.coleclass.com to learn more!
