C Cardi B often posted on social media, sharing candid, no-nonsense conversations about her experiences, many of which went viral. She leveraged her social media fame to become an influencer. UPPER DARBY, Pennsylvania -- Police in Pennsylvania have arrested a woman accused of torturing animals and then posting the videos on YouTube. So far, investigators have recovered four such videos, according to the Upper Darby Police Department Police say Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, admitted to torturing and mutilating living animals. The first video shows Monsee with a chicken. During the video, she is soliciting more likes and more viewers. And once she gets to the point where she is satisfied with the number of viewers, she then proceeds -- over the course of 10 minutes -- to harm and ultimately kill that chicken," Upper Darby Police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt said. In the other videos, the suspect is seen doing the same thing to a pigeon, a rabbit, and several frogs. Monsee has been charged with four felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. Bernhardt says the investigation started with an email tip from the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). "I have to tip my hat to PETA and applaud them for gathering the information and forwarding it to us," said Bernhardt. Kristen Rickman is among the PETA officials involved in shedding light on this case. She says seeing justice served in cases like these is always bittersweet. "The best we can do is just to honor them by making sure this kind of behavior does not continue, and that more animals aren't made victims," said Rickman. We spoke with people who live and work in the area who say this case is nothing short of horrific. "To abuse a defenseless animal. We all eat chicken, cows, whatever, but we do it humanely. To do that just to gain followers or whatever? She should be in jail," said William Powe of Chester. Investigators are still working to see if anyone else was involved in the production of these videos. Cardi B’s got some biological family lighting up the music industry. Bardi backed up GloRilla’s claims that they’re really cousins during an interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Friday (March 15). The Bronx bombshell was initially hesitant to explain how her family tree is connected to Tennessee, but eventually gave in and detailed how she’s related to her “Tomorrow 2” collaborator — who’s from Memphis — through her grandfather. That’s my cousin,” Cardi replied in response to Big Boy’s doubts. “A lot of people don’t know this. My grandfather, he used to — I don’t like to put my family business out there — push weight or whatever. He lived in Tennessee.” He didn’t really told my grandma that he was dealing with somebody over there. He had a kid out there, and that’s GloRilla’s dad. So that’s what make us related.” Cardi felt a deeper connection to GloRilla when meeting the Memphis rapper, and they dug further to find out they were related. “I asked her, ‘You just feel like we’re too much alike? A companion article offers tips for being a good co-parent, addressing the “positive” side of the equation – what steps you can take to help your custody case. This article focuses on the opposite – avoid the negative acts that will peg you as a bad co-parent in the eyes of the family law judge. Even if they feel “right” at the time, just don’t do it. It happens to the best of parents – frustration levels rise, and after taking whatever indignities the other parent has been throwing at you for months, you finally give back as good (or bad!) as you get. And by doing so, you’ve taken a step towards becoming a bad co-parent, something that will later hurt your child custody case. The other parent is a narcissist, evil, an abuser, etc – why is it bad co-parenting to fight back? I have had multiple cases where a custody evaluator found domestic abuse by one parent, but then “dinged” the victim spouse for bitterness and hatred, and for alienating the children from the abuser. It’s not about whether it’s fair to blame the victim (it’s not fair!). But a family law judge has to look out for the children’s best interests, and not turn a blind eye to bad acts by a parent with a grudge, no matter how justified or understandable that grudge may be. I am a parent, but not a co-parenting expert. Having said that, trust me when I tell you that your children will thank you later if you don’t use co-parenting to retaliate against the other parent. There are plenty of mental health and parenting professionals who can explain the very real and positive psychological impact on children of being a good co-parent (e.g. Psychology Today or the Urban Institute). This article does not delve into how bad co-parenting is harmful to the children – instead, it’s a practical primer on bad behavior to avoid at all costs from a law firm which has seen first-hand the self-inflicted harm they cause in hundreds of child custody cases. Sexyy Red has appeared to respond to streamer Adin Ross claiming that they slept together. "You paid me to take yo virginity & I did just that... next," Sexyy wrote on the website formerly known as Twitter, which many online took as a response to Adin's claim. Sexyy then sent out another post, writing, "Sike you couldn't touch me wit ah stick," seemingly refuting the claim that the two were ever intimate. In a conversation with DJ Akademiks, which you can view below, Ross claimed that he "did fuck Sexyy Red." After being questioned by Akademiks about his alleged—and most likely fabricated experience—Ross added, "It was good... it was really good." He later suggested that she was "the dominant one." Elsewhere in their conversation, Akademiks suggested that Ross was not into Black women and had a fetish for Latinas. "How the fuck do you know that?" Ross responded. In a comment on Akademiks' post, Ross also responded to Sexyy Red shooting down the claims. Spice wanted to put hands on her former friend Karlie Redd on the season finale of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta. Spice is getting backlash for starting yet another fight in the final episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, this time over who Karlie Redd decided to rent her house to. The dancehall artist and Karlie were best friends at some point, but it seems that the women’s relationship is irrepairable following the explosive fight where Spice rushed Karlie to beat her up. Spice has a new problem with Karlie in relation to the house that she bought across the road from her. She previously shared that Karlie Redd had bought a house across the street from her house and kept it a secret. Spice claims that Redd even went as far as having the neighbors sign NDAs so Spice wouldn’t know. It’s unclear why Karlie did that. Love Is Blind has returned to our screens for its sixth season, with the reality dating show aptly premiering on Valentine’s Day, before more episodes dropped across the next four weeks. If you’re like us, you’ve probably been wondering which couples are still together - particularly AD and Clay after *that* shock at the altar. Kicking things off in the pods, we saw real estate broker Amber ‘AD’ Desiree decide between two men in particular; entrepreneur Clay Gravesande and senior financial adviser Matthew Duliba. With her ultimately choosing to get engaged to Clay, meeting him in person for the first time after they were engaged. The pair seemed to hit their stride on honeymoon (despite Clay's misunderstanding over what a wedding ring was...), until they had a slightly awkward moment with Jeramey and Laura around the 'bean dip' comment. While AD insisted it was all completely fine, Clay took offence to the misunderstanding, but all seemed to be worked out eventually. In later episodes, AD and Clay had frank and honest conversations around their family backgrounds, and the fact his parents had split up because of cheating, while they were also trying to align on their clashing schedules. AD admitted she found it tough when Clay didn't come home because he was focussing on his business, while her work in a VIP club meant she was also out late. One of the more touching moments of the season came when AD and Clay met each other's families for the first time, and AD's mum was full of words of wisdom for them. The pair were one of only two couples who made it all the way to the wedding days (oh hey Johnny and Amy!), Clay made a shock decision at the altar and told AD he could not marry her. Despite AD saying 'I do', Clay explained it wouldn't be a "responsible" decision for him to marry Clay, because there was still lots he wanted to do and achieve before committing to marriage. He said it wasn't the right moment on his timeline right now for a marriage, but that he really wanted them to still be together and give things a go. OK, so while Clay and AD didn't get married on their Love is Blind wedding day, viewers did see them talking things through after their ceremony. But, AD did say when she was getting in her car home, "I don't see myself continuing to date him... You don't want to pick me, somebody else will. I'm done! As a Black woman who does not limit herself to one race, I find that there can be beauty to interracial dating, but also a whole lot of complexity. I mean, let’s start with the simple nuances of dating in this day and age. Race aside, millennial dating can truly make you want to pull your hair out. The “talking phase,” the “situationships,” and the pervasiveness of dating apps make everything more blurred and inorganic than ever. After the oh-so-merciful match, boys (I call them boys intentionally) can slide into your DMs and say anything from “hey gorgeous” to “you’re so hot you can melt a cheeseburger.” But there’s another classic line for Black woman: “I’ve never dated a black girl before.” Here comes the exotification. The intent of a comment like this is to state that because of the color of your skin, you already come with a different experience. But instead of your experience, it’s an experience for the guy. Black women have been exotified since slavery, and these notions have carried throughout the current dating experience. Rather than being interested in dating the person themselves, people become intrigued to date their race or ethnicity.
