Chris Brown dated American socialite/ actress Karrueche Tran from November 2010 to March 2015, including a break in the middle. During that time, the singer rekindled his relationship with pop sensation Rihanna. Quavo and Tran have since been pictured together many times over the years, with rumors the two were dating going as far back as 2017. TMZ stated in April 2017 that the pair had been on multiple dates after starting out as just friends. According to a later article from TMZ, Brown felt betrayed that Quavo had started seeing his ex-girlfriend as the pair had both a business and personal relationship. Kyle Rittenhouse has been acquitted of all charges after pleading self-defense in the deadly Kenosha, Wisconsin, shootings that became a flashpoint in the nation's debate over guns, vigilantism and racial injustice. The jury came back with its verdict after close to 3 1/2 days of deliberation. Rittenhouse, 18, could have gotten life in prison if found guilty of the most serious charge against him. He was charged with homicide, attempted homicide and recklessly endangering safety for killing two men and wounding a third with an AR-style semi-automatic rifle. The shootings took place during a night of protests over police violence against Black people in the tumultuous summer of 2020. Rittenhouse is white, as were those he shot. The jury appeared to be overwhelmingly white. Jurors listened to two weeks of dueling portrayals of Rittenhouse. Prosecutors say he was a "wannabe soldier" who brought a semi-automatic rifle to a racial justice protest and instigated the bloodshed. The defense says he acted in self-defense. Rittenhouse was a 17-year-old former police youth cadet when he went to Kenosha in what he said was an effort to protect property after rioters set fires and ransacked businesses on previous nights. He shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 28. Rittenhouse is white, as were those he shot. Kai Cenat has found himself in the middle of controversy surrounding an OnlyFans model who allegedly doxxed him. After his private messages and photos were leaked online, the popular Twitch streamer addressed the situation, hinting at a possible legal action. In a recent live stream, the 22-year-old internet personality called out the model for claiming he had sex with her in exchange for money. The controversy began after she allegedly shared photos of herself in bed with Cenat and a screenshot of his $5,000 payment to her. If there’s one thing clear about Hip-Hop over the last few years, it is that fans will either create a beef between artists, or perpetuate an already existing one. Cardi B and BIA recently addressed the commentary surrounding the former’s new record “Like What (Freestyle).” The track, which came out this past Friday (Mar. 1), samples Missy Elliott’s 1999 hit “She’s A Bi**h.” The Massachusetts rapper sampled the same song last year on “I’m That Bi**h” featuring Timbaland. While rappers drawing inspiration from and flipping the same records is far from uncommon and yielded many hits over the last few decades the Bronx rapper has been panned for the act. The discourse was bolstered by the fact that the Grammy winner teased a new song at the end of the “Like What (Freestyle)” video which bears similarities to BIA’s 2023 track “Fallback.” An X (formerly Twitter) user shared snippets of both songs on Monday (Mar. 4), writing “But Bia is definitely on Cardi’s mood board a lot.” BIA responded to the tweet with woozy face emojis, although it is unclear whether she was woozy toward Cardi B sampling the same song, or the fan for trying to conjure up beef. It is worth noting that she did like the original tweet, in addition to other tweets alluding to her ability to write raps and people trying to sound like her. One minute later, she tweeted “Yall are sick” with laughing emojis, which also wasn’t clear. The Invasion Of Privacy artist rarely goes without a response. Hours after BIA’s tweets, Cardi tweeted “Bi**hes make a fool of themselves every single time *laughing emoji*.. ima show ya something when I release this song tho *winking emoji*.” Again, it is unclear whether her thoughts were directed at the “London” artist, or the fans who accused her of being a copycat. It is understandable for Cardi B to be defensive, given the events of the last few days. Upon releasing “Like What (Freestyle),” Ski Mask The Slump God quoted her tweet promoting the record and wrote, “Sounds Kinda Familiar.” He was referencing his 2017 song “Catch Me Outside,” which also bears similarities to “Like What (Freestyle).” Internet users rained down on Ski Mask for seemingly being possessive of a sample, which prompted him to tweet “I Like The Song Why Yall So Angry Lol” a little over ten minutes later. Whether it’s the rappers catching feelings or the fans trying to spark feuds, everyone could benefit from not being so possessive over the art of sampling. Now if Cardi B and BIA do have issues, “inspiration” would be an interesting catalyst for them, as BIA admitted to being inspired by the former Love & Hip Hop star. Reports of Joseline Hernandez‘s mistreatment of the “Joseline’s Cabaret” cast has fans demanding the Zeus Network cancel the show. The behind-the-scenes drama came to a head Wednesday when a season 3 cast member accused Joseline and her husband, Ballistic Beats, of physically assaulting her during the reunion show taping. In a video captured by The Shade Room, Amber is seen lying in a hospital bed recalling her version of what happened. “I only came to the hospital because my ribs are very bruised because Joseline had some big a** boots on and she kicked me,” Amber continued. While panning the camera down to show her bruised torso, the Chicago native said she has to make sure her ribs arent “broken or bruised.” She also accused Joseline’s husband of ripping out her “real hair” after snatching her wig.
