Mom Guilt: Let It Go
Working and stay-at-home moms can struggle with guilt for various reasons. From feeling like roles within the family aren’t adequately addressed to feeling guilty about not spending enough time with children or spouses, working and stay-at-home moms can feel inadequate. This guilt often stems from societal expectations that women should be able to balance their family and career roles perfectly. It is often impossible to do so without sacrificing one area of your life.
Many mothers experience guilt for the mistakes they make as a parent. Whether something small, like missing an essential event in their child’s life or more significant mistakes, such as reacting harshly to misbehavior, this type of guilt can have a powerful and lasting effect on moms. It can also be challenging for mothers to forgive themselves for their errors and move on.
What if your children are adults? Many adult children find themselves feeling estranged from their mothers for a variety of reasons. This can range from simply growing apart due to life circumstances to more complex issues, including unresolved conflicts or hurt feelings. It can be difficult for adult children who feel disconnected from their mothers to reconcile their childhood bond and current tension.
This webinar is designed to help mothers understand and cope with the feeling of guilt that often accompanies parenthood. Through guided discussions, reflection exercises, and practical tips, participants will gain insight into their feelings and learn strategies for letting go of guilt to move forward as better parents. Join us to gain the skills to let go of parental guilt and find peace with your parenting decisions!

How to Learn Self Love
Many entrepreneurs struggle with a lack of self-love. This can be due to high levels of stress, anxiety, or fear of failure, which causes them to question their abilities and push themselves too hard. This lack of self-love can damage an entrepreneur’s mental and physical health, leading to burnout or unhealthy habits such as overeating or drug abuse. Entrepreneurs need to practice self-care to empower them in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
This often occurs due to a lack of unconditional support or acceptance they received in childhood. Are you looking for ways to heal your childhood trauma? Look no further than self-parenting. This powerful technique can help you learn to provide yourself with the unconditional love and support you may have lacked in your younger years. This webinar will explore practical self-parenting methods and how they can help you overcome childhood trauma and create a more fulfilling life.

Overcome Outer Criticism with Wit and Wisdom
Allowing ourselves to be easily influenced by criticism from others can damage our self-esteem and a sense of purpose. We may start to internalize the criticism and feel bad about ourselves instead of recognizing it for what it is – someone else’s opinion. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness, making reaching our goals and finding joy in life difficult. Developing healthy boundaries and recognizing when criticism is unfounded or excessive can help us reclaim our power and remember that we control our destinies.
Low self-esteem can significantly impact an entrepreneur’s ability to succeed in business. People with low self-confidence may be reluctant to try new things or take risks, which can stifle innovation and prevent them from seeing the full potential of their ideas. They may struggle to express their ideas confidently or build meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and employees. Having a strong belief in oneself is essential for tackling the challenges of entrepreneurship, not to mention our personal lives.
Do you feel like your inner critic is getting in the way of achieving success? Join this insightful webinar to explore how to silence your outer critics and express your true potential. Learn strategies for building healthy boundaries, recognizing when criticism is unfounded or excessive, and why reclaiming your power is essential. Discover practical tools and techniques to help you develop strong self-worth and increase your confidence in taking action. With these skills, you can make the most of opportunities and take control of your destiny.

ABOUT THE 360 ENTREPRENEUR
Thus, a 360-degree view of entrepreneurs’ life includes the past, present, and future. We learn from the past to better understand the present and make better decisions moving into the future. Tips, tools, and resources we create via social media posts, vlogs, blogs, ebooks, and other content resources, should feed into the entrepreneur’s self-reflection. It should help them overcome problems that challenge their relationships or business and support optimal decisions to improve their future.
The Past
Presenting a view of the past means providing a meaningful and easily digested view of the entrepreneur’s history. Unfortunately, entrepreneurs forget to reflect on their achievements. Instead, you find they are critical of their mistakes and tend to focus on their “failures.” Our role is to assist the entrepreneur in reflecting, acknowledging their strengths, and viewing their “failures” as opportunities to improve.
The Present
Our thoughts are compelling. Therefore, by changing how we think about our lives and circumstances, we can almost instantly alter the course of our lives. But, how do we help an entrepreneur do this?
How do we get them started? One way is to address unhelpful thinking styles and significantly influence how they interpret the world around them. The tools they need are best practices, experience sharing, and a list of experts to help them control their thoughts and make better decisions.
The 360 Entrepreneur
An entrepreneur who takes a 360-degree view of their lives is what we call a 360-Entrepreneur. There can never be an end to analyzing one’s life; failing to live life intentionally is the ultimate sin. Entrepreneurs must see they have a higher calling than any other individual in business and society. When small business represents 50% of the USA’s and 40% of Canada’s GDP, an entrepreneur’s decisions affect many.
My passion is to rid entrepreneurs of their ongoing guilt or “imposter syndrome.” We will challenge them not to be victims but become victorious over their challenges and obstacles. We will give them the tools they need to become more conscious humans, business owners, parents, community leaders, and citizens.

Should you Forgive?
Forgiveness is a tough process, and sometimes you need help. I'm thankful for my therapist, Dr. Ziegler, who helped me realize that while I can forgive someone, I don't have to let them back into my life. Taking the time to turn an obstacle into an opportunity to grow is an amazing thing! If you're looking for help on your journey to forgiveness.

Exploring the Depths of Creation A Journey of Faith and Discovery
I felt confident there's a creator during my start of my own Spiritual Journey. Nature helped me make this determination. But I needed to understand what God was about. 🤔 Miriam Williamson’s Book, Return to Love message was simple and powerful: Everything starts and ends in love. 💗 Are we too scared to go near the concept of there being a Creator? Maybe our own self-worth doesn't consider ourselves worthy to receive such exceptional Love? 🤷♀️ This journey has educated me that, God, is a loving God, one we cannot begin to understand nor wrap our mind around. 🙏

Going to church based on guilt
Many people go to church because they feel guilty or obligated to do so, rather than out of a genuine desire to cultivate a spiritual life. However, true spirituality is about developing a personal relationship with a higher power, and this can be done in many ways beyond the walls of a church. It's important to remember that spirituality is a personal journey, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
If going to church brings you joy and a sense of connection to your higher power, then, go. But if it feels like a burden or something you do out of obligation, then it may be worth exploring other avenues of spirituality, such as meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature. Ultimately, cultivating a spiritual life is about finding what works for you and nurturing that relationship with your higher power in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Create a Feedback Loop
Open communication is the foundation of any strong relationship, whether it's personal or professional. In a marriage where both spouses are also business partners, it's essential to understand that providing constructive feedback is not only acceptable but crucial for growth and success.
By fostering a supportive environment where honest conversations about personal and professional performance can take place, couples can strengthen their bond, work more effectively as a team, and create a thriving business partnership.
Embracing the importance of open dialogue allows both individuals to identify areas for improvement, celebrate achievements, and ultimately enhance their overall relationship, both at home and in the workplace.

The Power of Courage: How to Overcome Fear and Achieve Your Goals
Have you ever wanted to pursue a goal or dream, but found yourself held back by fear? Fear can be paralyzing, and it's easy to let it prevent us from taking risks and pursuing our passions. However, if we want to achieve great things in life, we must learn to act with courage even when we feel scared.
Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the ability to act despite our fears. It's about acknowledging our doubts and insecurities, but not allowing them to define us or hold us back. When we act with courage, we open ourselves up to new opportunities and experiences that can enrich our lives and help us grow as individuals.
So, how can we cultivate courage in our lives? Here are a few tips:
Embrace vulnerability. It's natural to feel scared when we put ourselves out there and take risks. However, by embracing vulnerability, we can learn to see fear as an opportunity for growth rather than a barrier to success.
Set goals that scare you. If your goals don't push you out of your comfort zone, you're not setting the bar high enough. By setting goals that scare you, you'll be more motivated to take risks and work towards achieving them.
Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness can help us become more aware of our thoughts and emotions and allow us to approach situations with calm and clarity rather than fear and anxiety.
Take small steps. Courage doesn't always require big, bold actions. Sometimes, it's about taking small steps towards our goals, even when we feel scared.
Be persistent. Courage is not a one-time act, but rather a habit that we need to cultivate over time. By persisting in the face of fear and adversity, we can build our confidence and inner strength.
While fear can be intimidating, it doesn't have to hold us back. By cultivating courage in our lives, we can pursue our goals and dreams with confidence and determination. Whether it's through embracing vulnerability, setting goals that scare us, practicing mindfulness, taking small steps, or being persistent, we can all learn to act with courage even when we feel scared.

Teaching our Children to be Nice
As parents, it's important to lead by example and teach our children to be respectful of each other despite their different political and religious beliefs. We have seven adult children with different points of view in our family, but we are still able to come together and show respect & grace for each other. Let's continue to set the example for future generations!

ABOUT DARLENE GAGNON
She left home at seventeen.
In an abusive home full of frightening days and nights, she made a radical decision to go it alone. Now, she is an award-winning entrepreneur.
Sometimes, you must die inside to be reborn into your true self.
Leaving corporate America was a risk worth taking, and over a decade later, Darlene ventured to start her own business. She took a step of faith to use her marketing expertise to help business owners build their companies’ brand presence.
As a mother of five, she had big visions of her kids being a part of her business by this time. While this did not come to fruition, Darlene learned the serious “business” of a “family” business.
Darlene Gagnon is an award-winning entrepreneur recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners and is an Enterprising Women Inspirational Entrepreneur. She served on the board of directors for Entrepreneurs’ Organization and has mentored entrepreneurs and start-ups for over a decade.
Her two companies, WeKinnect Global Branding Agency and Kinetic Promotional Product Services, have been recognized as “Best Places to Work” and “Largest Agency” by American City Business Journal. Both companies serve the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia markets. Most recently, induction to the 1 million dollar club with industry leader iPROMOTEu.
In 2016, her husband became, a business partner Denis Gagnon, a French-Canadian Air Force veteran. The couple’s dynamic partnership has led to business expansion and involvement in philanthropic activities. Exemplifying their passion for supporting the local entrepreneur and protecting local communities.
Darlene’s passion is to rid entrepreneurs of their ongoing guilt or what we call “imposter syndrome.” Her new “360-Entrepreneur” Learning Series will teach entrepreneurs how to learn from the past to better the present. Then make better decisions moving into the future.
She is devoted to giving business owners the tools they need to become more conscious humans, business owners, parents, community leaders, and citizens.

Never Set Limitations!
Never set limitations on yourself when it comes to your age, your own physical capabilities. Go as far as you can see and when you get there, you'll be able to see further. Thomas Carlyle said it best: “Life is meant to be lived. Enjoy it!”
