In this video I go over everything you need to know about the upcoming all new 2024 MG Cyberster EV Roadster. Finally, I'll take a look at the pricing and release date to compare it to the competition and give my opinion on whether or not the 2024 MG Cyberster will be successful as a fully electric sports car. Today, MG is remembered for making cheap, fun roadsters from the 50s to the 70s, but it now sells sub compact and compact cars and SUVs under Chinese ownership. The Cyberster will be MG's first sports car since 2007 and it has an all-electric powertrain with up to two motors and 500 horsepower. Given its small footprint, there isn't much room for a large batter so the range should be around 250-300 miles per charge. The starting price will be the equivalent of about 50,000-70,000 US dollars. The Cyberster will face some competition from electric sports cars in China, but it's mostly ahead of the pack with developing a fully electric sports car. Thanks for watching!

Here's everything we know right now about the all new upcoming models from EV startup Rivian. They will be the Rivian R2T electric midsize pickup truck and the Rivian R2S electric midsize SUV. In this video, I'll take you through the potential exterior and interior design of the R2T/R2S and then I'll go over the potential performance specs. Finally, I'll detail the pricing and release date for the models and give my opinion on whether or not the R2T and R2S will be successful. Rivian has gotten off to a strong start for a startup, all things considered, as its debut model, the R1T was received well. Things got even better after the release of the full size SUV variant, the R1S. Now the brand is looking to expand with a smaller and cheaper platform called the R2 platform. A truck (R2T) and SUV (R2S) will be based on the platform. No official pictures have been released yet, but some artists have created renderings of what the models could look like. In terms of horsepower and range, the R2T/R2S will likely have less power than the R1, but still come standard with all-wheel drive (AWD). There will be multiple options for the battery pack and the range can be expected to be around 250-350 miles per charge. I'll take you through the company's brief history, its brand position, and its models. Finally, I'll give my position on whether or not I think the brand will be successful. My opinion on Canoo's (or any other company's) viability is not to be construed as investment advice. Canoo is listed on the Nasdaq as GOEV. It was founded just outside Los Angeles, California in 2017 by Stefan Krause and Ulrich Kranz. Both founders are no longer involved with the company. Canoo has made solid connections with large corporations and government agencies like NASA and the Department of Defense. Canoo has property across the US for manufacturing, research and development, and management. Canoo currently offers three models, all of which are based on the same skateboard platform. There is the Lifestyle Vehicle which is similar to a minivan, but it has more offroading and camping capability with 350 horsepower. There is the Canoo Pickup, which is a versatile midsize pickup with a bed and payload capacity that can compete with full size trucks and up to 500 horsepower. Finally there is the MPDV (Multi Purpose Delivery Vehicle) which is a van targeted towards fleet and commercial buyers. Here's we know so far about the upcoming 2024 Vinfast VF 9, a fully electric, full size, luxury SUV. Vinfast is a Vietnamese automotive startup that was founded in 2017 by businessman Pham Nhat Vuong. While the brand didn't start with EVs, it is transitioning to an all electric lineup, while leveraging relationships with legacy automakers like BMW and General Motors. The company is now bringing two models to the United States, the VF 8 and the VF 9, both electric SUVs. In this video, I'll go over the exterior and interior design, as well as the performance and mechanical specs of the VF 9. Then I'll take a look at the different trim levels and pricing. Finally, I'll discuss whether or not the Vinfast VF 9 has what it takes to succeed in the US market. The VF 9 has a stylish and aggressive exterior while not being over done. The interior isn't as nice as something coming out of Germany, but I like the design over the more minimalist interiors found in most EVs. There is solid power coming from a dual motor setup that sends power to all four wheels. The VF 9 comes in two trim levels, Eco and Plus, with the base price starting at $83,000. All of these automakers have made it through the initial boom of the automobile in the early 1900s, the Roaring Twenties and Great Depression, WW1 and WW2, and emerged into the modern era to create the massive brands that they are today. Porsche showed off the 2003 Cayenne Convertible concept almost 20 years ago. This Cayenne Cabriolet was built to see if a production model would be viable. In 2003, after a strong start for the first gen Cayenne, Porsche had plans to expand the Cayenne lineup to four total models, including a long wheelbase version, coupe version, and a cabriolet model. The new heavily refreshed and upgraded 2024 Porsche Cayenne has been unveiled and in this video I'll go over all of the changes ranging from exterior and interior design to additional driver safety and assistance features, as well as performance upgrades including the return of the V8. Over the past 20 years the Cayenne has become one of Porsche's most important and popular models. Now in its third generation, Porsche has announced a major refresh although it won't enter the next generation just yet. The updates will reach across the entire model range from the base Cayenne, to the S and Turbo GT. Specific enhancements were also made for the E-Hybrid model. The base and E-Hybrid get a new turbo V6 with more power and the hybrid's electric motor gets more power as well. The S and Turbo GT models are now available with a twin-turbo 4.0 liter V8. The Cayenne S get 468 horsepower and 442 lb ft of torque, and the Cayenne Turbo GT will get 650 hp and a 0-60 time of just 3.1 seconds. I'll also go over price and release dates. Here's everything you need to know about the Faraday Future FF91, an ultra-luxury electric SUV from Los Angeles based startup Faraday Future. In this video, I go over the exterior and interior design of the FF91, and then I take you through some of the unique and futuristic features that this crossover has to offer. Then I'll go over some performance specs horsepower (hp) output, 0-60 time, price, range, and battery size. Finally I'll give my opinion on whether or not the FF91 will be successful in the ultra-luxury SUV market. The FF91 has an odd exterior design which hasn't been particularly popular, but it does has some interesting design cues, especially in the light design. The interior features 11 screens, totaling over 100 inches in length, but asides from that the interior is largely old-fashioned with large overstuffed seats and a focus on comfort over a performance feel. The rear seats can fully recline, allowing rear passengers to lay down in luxury. The FF91 features handless doors that open automatically with facial recognition. It is powered by 3 motors that add up to 1050 horsepower and propel the FF91 to 60 mph in just 2.4 seconds. While it looks good on paper, the Faraday Future FF91 faces an uphill battle with its $180,000 price tag that puts it in competition with the likes of the Lamborghini Urus and Porsche K1.
