The extremely high views on these videos tells me something. This information isn't something people are just now learning, since it's common knowledge that sugar is unhealthy. But it's something people like hearing. 1. They want to believe dietary fat is ok, (not to blame; off the hook) 2. They have a hard time giving up carbs because carb-foods are humans natural foods.
