Dr Berg says I'm wrong about ketosis being an emergency state. Then he goes on to lies badly that GLUCOSE causes emergency state, instead of the Keto diet. Ketosis is a state the body goes into to use fat as fuel when you aren't eating carbs and your glycogen reserves run out. One thing you need to realize is, when you aren't eating carbs, you're not eating food, because every food has carbs in it.
