Keep your vehicle clean. Several reason to do this. Most of all, it makes you feel good.

I just got back from the recycling center / landfill and it’s feels great to get all of this stuff out of here all at once and not having to wait for the trash every week. I missed trash day a couple of time recently because I was traveling and then had a bunch of cardboard from furniture being delivered.

Making your bed every morning makes you feel like you already accomplished something, increases dopamine levels, and reduces anxiety. Also, like other house keeping routines, this will increase your chance of feeling confident and comfortable with inviting people over, multiplying the benefits mentioned above.

Try to look and smell your best whenever you leave the house. This includes short trips to the store etc. You never know when you might run into people with opportunity for business or romance.

Create a 2nd email account to sign up for subscriptions and most forms. Use your primary account for bills, business, and important personal communications.

I changed my Words With Friends language setting to Spanish, and it’s not only fun but a confidence booster. Also, I’m considering going to Nicaragua for immersion and 1:1 classes.

I’ve never regretted waking up early and getting the gym. It’s easier said than done. However, it’s one of those things that I need to do to give me the best chance of having a successful and productive day.
