I finally know why I have such low energy. I’ve drank coffee for 45 years and now I’m not. I stopped drinking it completely and I had no idea how completely dependent on it my body was. I should be good as new in a few weeks. #caffeinewithdrawal #caffeineaddiction #caffeinefree

Www.knife-wood.com Took a very short motorcycle ride to the post office to get my newest shipment of handle wood. I was a little scared because I’ve been so weak lately that I wasn’t sure I’d be able to hold it up.

Back to the drawing board.

Because of my recent health diagnosis, I’m going to make some serious changes in my diet, first, the amount I eat is going to have be reduced significantly. Second, I’m going to have to eat softer foods that digest quicker in my stomach. This pasta salad is just one style of food I’ve avoided before, but I’m glad I tried it because now I like it. #pastasalad #changeyourdiet #eathealthier

After months of being sick and feeling worse and worse culminating in a fever that last for several day, I now know what’s wrong with me (sewer pipe issues) and though I’m very weak, I think I have to start taking small steps to regaining my strength and stamina.

I forgot that very important news.

I won’t know for sure if I’ll be going back until the pathology report comes in.

Martin was the most dangerous trucking company I ever worked for. Also, the most unchristian Christians I ever met. Back in the 80’s, I swore I would never haul sulfuric acid, then ,,,,,,,,, life happened.

Talking as I work. Finished the knife and now, at 4:00 pm, I have a fever again. If it was a woman with a fever, I would say suckitup and walk it of. But everyone knows men get far sicker and have much higher fevers than women. Fact!
