The Defendant then asks Mr. Perreault about an expert hired by Mrs. Demers’ homeowner’s insurance company MMG insurance hired AQM to reevaluate Acadia’s hired contractors (Enpro Services, Inc. and Ambrose Environmental Management, Inc.) work. Mr. Demers then asks Mr. Perreault about the indoor air tests that failed nine times during the cleanup from February through November 2007.
