March 23, 2018 Final Day Trial. Hillsborough Superior Court, Manchester, NH .

The Defendant asks Mr. Perreault, who was the Senior Claims

adjuster for Acadia Insurance company and handled the claim for

Haffner’s Oil Company in February 2007) about 2 letter’s that Mr.

Demers sent in 2014 (using Mr. Perreault’s name) to Acadia

Insurance Company/ President Mr. W.R. Berkley. Mr. Perreault in his

testimony on February 14, 2018 testified that he thought the

Defendant was going to burn his house down.

Leo Perreault and Acadia are suing Michael Demers of Salem, NH

for Defamation. Mr. Demers (left) a non- Lawyer is cross examining

Mr. Perreault who was the Claims adjuster for Acadia and adjusted

the loss due to an Oil Spill that occurred at his Mother's home in

February of 2007 after Haffner's Oil Company over-filled the families

oil tank. They are alleging that Mr. Demers made false statements

of facts and defamed them and allege that Mr. Demers Boycott

posters (artwork) cartoons, parodies and satirical works are

defamatory and place them in a false light.
