On March 22, 2022 World Record Weber smashes an aerobic strength record by over 40 seconds with 7:46.8 for 400 reps… 10 x (10 half burpees + 10 push-ups) with 10 x (10 squat thrusts + 10 push-ups). She started this challenge in 2020 and this is her third time to improve on it.
