INGREDIENTS: S5 pack @nationalfoodsglobal Daigi Haleem mix cup oil 7600-700 gms boneless Beef (or any meat you want) ‣2 tbsp gingergarlic paste tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder tsp black pepper 10-12 cups water
◦ For Tarka: ¥1 large onion sliced tsp cumins seeds cup oil Green chillies & ginger for Garnish
= METHOD In the pot, add 1 cup oil and saute beef,add gingergarlic paste, and saute till it starts changing color. Then add meat masala packet given in the Haleem box along with the mentioned spices. Cook for 7-8 minutes
Then add Pulses & grain packet from the box(wash & soak them for 30 min)saute for a minute, then add 10-12 cups water, cover & Pressure cook for 25 mins. Y Now uncover, keep it on 'Sauté' mode,use a hand blender or normal blender to blend the Haleem. Blend it really well till well incorporated let it simmer for another 15 mins ,it will thicken and its ready Adjust consistency(you can add more water if too thick) Meanwhile prepare Tarka, Heat the oil and add onions & cumin seeds, cook at high flame till golden brown. Take some onions out for garnish and pour the remaining onions along with oil into the Haleem. Simmer for 5 mins and its doneeee, <Enjoy with some chillies,chaat masala, lemon, ginger and roghni naan

METHOD: -In a pan, add butter, and saute garlic a bit, add chicken breasts, and all the spices along, cook on medium flame for 3-5 mins each side. Till done, and charred. In the same pan, scrap off the bits of spices left from frying chicken(dont remove, they are full of flavours) add 1 tbsp butter, saute mushrooms, add cream, chicken cube, tomato puree, milk, add flour to thicken, cook and keep stirring to avoid lumps, till it starts boiling. -Add in the pasta, sprinkle some mozarella cheese. Add half teaspoon of black pepper, and oregano.Let the cheese melt. Serve hot and enjoy.

METHOD< -In an instant pot @instantpotofficial /pressure cooker/ pot put
chicken ,channa daal, onion, gingergarlic paste, and all the above mentioned spices along with Shan Shami kabab masala, put water. Cook in pressure for 25 minutes Open the lid, let it cook ,keep stirring,so it gets mushy. and dry out for almost 40 minutes or more(For Instant pot switch to Saute mode and then let it cook dry, and keep stirring, or transfer to a regular pot and let it dry out) -Make sure all the water is completely dried up, no moisture should be left.(This is important) I usually dont blend them. but if you want a fine texture Blend the mixture(with a hand beater/mixer) give a mix, now add eggs, breadcrumbs and cornflour, coriander and chillies. Give it a mix. Wet your hands and shape the kebabs. -Shallow fry on medium heat from both sides and enjoy.
Freeze in a tray/ ziplock / or airtight container.Microwave for 10 seconds before frying I use standard measuring cups/spoons for all my measurements

In a pan add oil and all the mentioned ingredients, let it
splatter for one minute, then add directly into the
prepared Karrhi.
METHOD:

Then cover the lid with a kitchen cloth, put on Dam for
10-12 mins at lowest flame.

Tandoori Chicken Biryani
" INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken
4 cups basmati rice(wash & soak in water for 20 minute)
1 n half tbsp gingergarlic paste
Half pack Tandoori masala(I used shan)
Half pack Bombay Biryani masala( by shan)
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp imli chutney (optional, but gives a nice kick)
4 large tomatoes chopped
1 cup thick yogurt
3-10 green chillies(add accordingly)
1 cup oil
Yellow/orange food color
Fill a pot with water, bring it to boil, add rice and boil for
8-10 mins then drain the water and set them aside (1 boil
them 70% means they are not totally soft, later will cook
in damm)
In a pot add oil, chicken, gingergarlic paste saute, then
add all the mentioned spices and Half of the chillies imli
chutney.
Cook for 8 mins. Then add tomatoes and yogurt
remaining chillies ,cook for 7-8 mins then cover and cook
for 15 mins till tomatoes are soft. Stir occasionally.
Jncover and cook on medium heat till oil separates anc
gravy is ready.
Now Assemble
Add 2-3 tbsp oil from the gravy, add a layer of rice, then
add gravy, then another rice layer. Add food color in
between the layers
Repeat till the rice and gravy ends.
Top it with chillies, coriander, mint, lemon, fried onion
Cover the lid with a cloth give dum at lowest flame for
10-12 mins.

Caramel Tres Leches (3 milk cake)

2 tbsp butter
Half cup milk
In a pan, melt brown sugar at low heat. Keep stirring.
Once melted, immediately add cream, stir stir, then add
butter, keep stirring. Once everything is well incorporated,
remove from heat and add milk, mix till a nice thick
consistency.
Assemble:
Take out the cake once it's done. Let it cool. Then poke it
with a fork. Add the 3 milk mixture gradually in steps. Let
the cake soak the mixture.
Take some whipping cream. Spread generously. Then
pour the Caramel sauce at the end. Chill the cake before

Doodh Seviyan (Sheer khurma/ Surka)
INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp ghee/butter
5-6 Cardamom pods crushed(elaichi)
1 n half cup vermicelli(seviyan)
1 cup water
4-5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup crushed nuts(almonds, walnuts)
2 tbsp thick cream
In a pot add butter,add elaichi, saute till fragnant(for 2
mins) add vermicelli, saute a bit, add water, cook for 2
minutes, add milk, sugar, and nuts, bring it it a boil and let
it cook and simmer for good 20-25 minutes until thick in
consistency, add cream. Some more nuts to garnish and
that's it. It's ready. Enjoy hot or chill it before serving

Cheesy Potato Balls
Ingredients: (makes 14-18)
4 medium potatoes(boiled, peels, mashed)
1 cups mozarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilliflakes
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Bread crumbs(for coating)
Plain Flour(for coating)
2 eggs beaten(for coating)
Oil for frying
In a bowl add potatoes, cheese and all the mentioned
spices, and mix well
Wet your hands and shape small balls.
Now dip in flour, then in egg Mix and then in bread
crumbs.( coat twice if your crumbs are very fine)
Fry at medium heat till golden brown
It's ready. Enjoy

Chicken Samosas
Ingredients ( 12-14 Samosas)
250 gms chicken
Half tsp salt
Half tsp black pepper
Half tsp red chilli flakes
Half tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies crushed
1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste
3 tbsp oil
Samosa patti
Flour paste(slurry)
n half cup water plus 3 tbsp flour. Mix together
In a pan heat oil, add chicken, saute a bit then add, greer
chillies, gingergarlic, and all the spices. Cook for 10-12
minutes till fully done. Filling is ready
Now prepare Samosas as shown
Seal with the flour slurry
Then Fry at medium heat till golden n crispy.
Enjoy with chutney

Apple Crumble Pie
Ingredients:
⁃ For crumble
1 cup flour
Half cup brown sugar @redpathsugar
Half cup walnuts chopped
150 gm butter(room temperature, soft, not melted)
Add everything in a bowl, use your hands to mix together
everything into a crumbly texture. Set aside
_ For filling
3 medium apples (peeled and sliced)
1/2 tsp cinammon powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix everything together.
Preheat oven at 180c
In an 8 inch pan, add a layer of crumble, then apple filling
and then a generous layer of crumble on top.
Bake for 35 minutes and then broil for 3-4 minutes at low
heat to give a nice brown colour on top.
Serve warm and enjoy
