Method
Blend almonds, yogurt, cream, green chilies, garlic paste, cheese, soy sauce together into a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl,add all the mentioned spices, mix, add chicken pieces and marinate. Thread the chicken on skewers. In a pan add 4 tbsp oil and grill for 12-14 mins, keep changing sides until nicely charred. Sprinkle some cheese on top and cover for 2 mins at low heat until it melts, and they are ready. Enjoy with naan , roti or rice
<You can bake them or air fry them at 200c for 20-25minutes. Keep flipping in between and brush some oil for a nice finish.

Cook in pressure for 25 minutes Open the lid, let it cook ,keep stirring,so it gets mushy. and dry out for almost 40 minutes or more(For Instant pot switch to Saute mode and then let it cook dry, and keep stirring, or transfer to a regular pot and let it dry out) -Make sure all the water is completely dried up, no moisture should be left.(This is important) I usually dont blend them. but if you want a fine texture Blend the mixture(with a hand beater/mixer) give a mix, now add eggs, breadcrumbs and cornflour, coriander and chillies. Give it a mix. Wet your hands and shape the kebabs. -Shallow fry on medium heat from both sides and enjoy.

. Yogurt mixture
2 cups yogurt( thick & sour)
1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder

Mix together everything
For gravy
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion (blended into paste with 2 green chillies)
1 tomatoe (blended)

1 tsp red chilli flakes
4 green chillies
- For Pakoray
2 small onion sliced
1 potatoe chopped
1 n half cups besan
Water just a little
1 tsp each of salt, red chilli, cumin &coriander seeds, and
chaat masala
Mix everything, then add little water to form the pakora
batter. Fry pakoras till golden brown.
= For Tarka
Half cup oil
1tsp cumin seeds
1 karri patta
1/4th tsp kashmiri lal mirch(for good color)
4-5 sabat laal mirch(or button chillies)
In a pan add oil and all the mentioned ingredients, let it
splatter for one minute, then add directly into the
prepared Karrhi.
METHOD:
n a pot add oil, cumin seeds, let them splatter for a
minute, then add onion paste, saute, add tomatoe paste
then add all the spices mentioned. Cook till oil separates
Now add yogurt mixture. Give it a mix. Then add 10 cups
water(2 litres), add green chillies. Bring it to a boil at high
flame, keep stirring, then lower the flame and let it cook
for around 35-40 minutes till it thickens
Fry the pakoras and add into the Karrhi directly. And then
add the prepared Tarka.
It's ready

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken
1 large onion(sliced)
1 tbspn gingergarlic paste
5-7 Green chillies
1 n half tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli

1 tbsp garam masala
1 n half tbsp coriander seeds

1 cinnamon stick
4-5 green cardamom
2 black cardamom( bari elaichi)
5-6 cloves (laung)
1 0-12 whole black pepper
1 star anise(badiyaan)
1 Chicken cube
3 cups Basmati rice (washed n soaked 20 mins)
6 n half cups water
Half cup oil
n a pot add oil, onion, saute till golden brown, add
chicken, gingergarlic paste and half of green chillies, then
add all the mentioned spices, & chicken cube saute for 5
mins. Add half cup water, cover and let it cook for 7-8
mins. Now add 6 cups water, and remaining green chillies,
pring it to boil, then add rice, let it cook till water dries up
Then cover the lid with a kitchen cloth, put on Dam for
10-12 mins at lowest flame.
And that's it. Pulao is ready to be served. Enjoy.
