In this video we discuss Sam Altman Congressional Testimony stating OpenAI(Microsoft+OpenAI) LLM(Large Language Model) should be regulated by the Federal Government thereby creating an expensive barrier to entry for small companies, and startups to compete with Big Tech. Elon Musk said he will recreate OpenAI inorder to make AI Open Source rendering Microsoft/OpenAI's product offering expensive spyware that could be obsolete. PrivateGPT allows developers like me to recreate ChatGPT and make improvements for free. This will mean there will be many AI Product offerings cheap, and more importantly secure because your data is not be processed on the cloud, where your data can be harvested, sold, or given to the Governments Intelligence community. We can see the AI Wars have just begun, and will likely be subject to legal oversight.

In this video we discuss the Department of Justice(DOJ) lawsuit against Google for Anti Trust. However, the DOJ's lawsuit seems frivolous given the Security Exchange Commission(SEC) approved Googles acquisition of Double Click in 2007'ish, and now the DOJ wants to unwind this due to a alleged monopoly even though google only has a 25% market share, with competitors from Meta, Amazon, Microsoft ext... Therefore, I think this lawsuits maybe smoke screen, meaning the because of the anger people have towards Alphabet(Google), Meta(Facebook), Twitter ext for censorship and propaganda along with the FBI and the State Department the government is creating a show trial against Google which they have a high confidence that will fail, in-order to show the people they "Tried" but leave Big tech in tact to continue their propaganda and censorship social engineering programs. In this video we also discuss Big tech and the Government collusion to suppress wages threw the high-tech anti-trust lawsuit in 2007-2015. We also look at the issues that are actually violating Anti Trust Legislation, such as Section 230, Wage Suppression, Censorship & Propaganda during the pandemic, and presidential elections. In sum, Big Tech and the Federal Government are Bro's, and will pretend to punish tech, but will continue to build up tech in-order to continue Social Engineering programs to increase their power. Again, we’ve known this, and all these files, leaks and disclosures do is vindicate those of us who have been punished for discussing it openly. I also spend time reviewing clips that demonstrate what we we’ve known and talked about over the past 20 years as a result of new coverage, congressional testimonies, podcasts ext have outline over the years. All of which to point out that many tech executives including Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg and many others were coerced to cooperate threw the FISA Courts, the patriot act, and other means by the government to cooperate. So many people in tech myself included end up participating because we have to compile or face legal action, bankruptcy, and or unemployment. The aspect of this coercion is many people signed up only after resisting for many years. For instance, Yahoo filed suite to resist handing over Yahoo customer date in the private secret FISA Courts, lost, and were forced to comply. In twitters case, on the run up to the 2016 Hillary v Trump election allowed Trump to run and even win election for president, but was then shortly there after forced to ban, de-platform and cancel Trump and other political distances. This power to cancel political opposition. This power quickly devolved into ram threw legislation threw suppression of information, and censorship has turned into mass surveillance thereby rendering our technology into spy ware. I hoped to show that while tech, media ie social media was coerced, they also resisted and lost. The irony, is we know/knew this was happening but complied anyways. Threw sheer precipitance we are allowed to talk about it on these platforms, but still under great restrictions and threat of retaliation. By no means is this over, however for what its worth those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. There is an entire generation(s) of kids now in their 20’s who were not born before 9/11 and they sadly are not taught about this recent history, and will have to learn the hard way. In this video we review the Activist Investor Elliot Managment Corporation, who has a reputation as Corporate Raider, and will most likely seek to push out Marc Benioff from Managment, and most likely will try to dismantle the company, and or sell it other technology companies, such as Google, Microsoft, and friends. The other interesting aspect of a Multi Billionaire($55b under management) Investment firm, is Salesforce is actively envolved in World Economic Fourm preaching Stake Holder Capitalism, which is directly opposed to making profit on behalf of their investors... Instead Stake Holder Capitalism is designed to advanced political policys the folks from the World Economic Forum is pushing on to the rest of the world such as LGBT'ism, The Great Reset, Fiscal Policy based on ESG(Economic and Social Governance) ie Climate change, and hyper liberalism. If we consider Elon Musk take over Twitter, we notice Bret Tylor Co-CEO of Salesforce, and former Chairman of the board of Twitter. Bret Tylor was actively involved in directing Twitter to censor, and propagandize twitter users, ie Hunter Biden Labtop suppression, gender pronos, while gas lighting the press by saying denying they were actively targeting and shadow banning of conservatives individuals and politicians. During Bret Tylor's time at Salesforce Bret Tylor also oversaw and managed the $25 Slack accusation. Slack is an instant messaging/social media application popular among office workers, and software engineers. Therefore, Salesforce is probably working the FBI to censor, suppress, monitor communications which are then promptly handed over to the intelligence community (FBI/CIA/NSA) just as Twitter has been doing under his supervision. Between the Facebook and Twitter files, we know and have the receipts that prove many tech companies have been working with the intelligence community. I suspect when Elliot Managment Company takes a board seat on Salesforce Board, they will be privileged to these disclosures and activities. Perhaps Elliot Managment Company may decide to pull a Elon Musk and disclose this information as leverage to exspell Marc Beniof. Bret Tylor has already resigned as Co-CEO of Salesforce to supposedly start a new venture, but Bret Tylor may be running away from the coming Elliot Managment Hostile take over. We'll have to wait and see how Elliot Managment will decide to proceed. In my mind we are watching Capitalism knock out fight against Socialism. This could be a very eye opening saga as the economy falls into recession, and the Republicans begin to investigate tech censorship, and seek Joe Bidens impeachment. All roads lead to Rome, as the saying goes. If Republicans were smart or honestly seeking reform they would investigate all the activities the intelligence community envolvment with the tech sector and banking, but I suspect many RINO's(Republican in Name Only) NEO CONS and other factions of the Republican establishment are willing working with Democrats to enable the intelligence community to harvest customer/consumer data in secret. Therefore, it will probably be a large and long dog pony show akin to Good Cop Bad Cop, but will result in little or no consequences. Because to punish the intelligence community would be to punish themselves, but they have to pretend to do something to keep the charade going, which provides cover for Great Reset, and other agendas, ie the One World Order.
