Here is scene we shot years ago for one of our films. We rushed outside to capture the sunrise over the ocean. NOTHING beats natural light and I try to use it as often as I can if not always.

SHORT HORROR FILM- Cassette- 2017
A young woman, alone at home receives a mysterious cassette tape that holds dark secrets from her past.
Another fun short I learned a lot from! I co directed this whit my buddy and it was a blast. Horror is tricky. Definitely some flaws but much to learn and get experience from.

SHORT FILM- The Promotion -2017
Bobby, a young man with chronic anxiety, leaves his wife's baby shower for a long day of errands culminating with a crucial job interview.
We made this film a hand full of years ago around 2017. I like revisiting old works because I can absolutely see where there are flaws and what drastically needs to be improved. I feel like in my early work, I focused HEAVILY on visuals and lacked HEAVILY in the screenwriting department. I also knew very little about color processing et etc. These things take time and I would tend to rush them out rather than hone in the craft. Nonetheless, they are fun to revisit! We had a blast doing this short film!

Film Ranking- TOP 10 SUMMER HORROR MOVIES
I am not a huge fan of lists but once again..I attempt to rank my favorite fright fests of the summer season. Horror is its completely own animal and deserves a separate list every time. My taste varies, so not all will agree but lets have some fun.

Seasonal Film Ranking- TOP 10 SUMMER MOVIES
It is very hard for me to come up with lists in regards to cinema. Sometimes things fluctuate. Sometimes I watch a lower made movie more ofter than I do a highly well produced master piece. Citizen Kane is the cliche go to for film snobs. Yes, it advanced the industry, yes its a masterful film, yes it was way ahead of its time, and yes it should be hailed. But how often do I go and rewatch it? Once a year? Once every few years? Maybe the latter. I watched The Mummy with Brendan Frasher multiple times a year. Just for background ambience at times. What is it about the rewatchable films? Arent they at there core great? Even if they arent hailed like some of the classics. This is one of the reasons I think I only watched certain movies certain times of the years and other movies that I can watch at any point in the year.
This is my attempt at coming up with a top ten summer movie list.
DISCLAIMER- You will notice I do not have any real horror movies on this list. That is a category in of its own. I will have a separate list soon for that genre.

Film Discussion- SIGNS-2002
What a wonderful film. Very nostalgic for me as I remember walking through town to the movie theater with my friends on a warm summer night. I also personally believe this is the most rewatchable of M.Nights movies. A Director I will always respect and hope for.
