Lemonade 3-ways with 7up
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Homemade Lemonade:
-Water lukewarm 6 Cups
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ Cup
Peach Ginger Lemonade:
-Boiling water as required
-Peaches 5 medium
-Ice chilled water as required
-Adrak (Ginger) slices 3
-Homemade lemonade 2 & ½ Cup
-Ice crushed
-7up
Pineapple Mint Lemonade:
-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) 6-8
-Homemade lemonade 2 & ½ Cups
-Ice crushed
-7up
Watermelon Lemonade:
-Watermelon diced 3 Cups
-Podina (Mint leaves) 10-12
-Homemade lemonade 2 & ½ Cups
-Ice crushed
-7up
Directions:
Prepare Homemade Lemonade:
-In a jug,add hot water,caster sugar,salt & mix well until sugar is dissolved.
-Add lemon juice & mix well.Homemade Lemonade is ready.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Peach Ginger Lemonade:
-Make slightly cuts on peaches with the help of knife.
-In boiling water,add peaches and blanch on medium flame for 3-4 minutes then strain & let it rest in chilled water for 2-3 minutes.
-Remove skin and deseed with the help of knife.
-In blender jug,add peaches,ginger,homemade lemonade & blend well.
-In a serving glass,add crushed ice,peach ginger lemonade,7up & serve!
Notes:
-For blanching peach,make sure that they are entirely submerged in water.
-If the peaches are slightly unripe,allow them to remain in hot water a little longer,it will help loosen the peel more easily.
Pineapple Mint Lemonade:
-In a blender jug,add pineapple,mint leaves,homemade lemonade & blend well then strain with the help of strainer.
-In a serving glass,add crushed ice,pineapple mint lemonade,7up & serve!
Watermelon Lemonade:
-In a blender jug,add watermelon,mint leaves,homemade lemonade & blend well then strain with the help of strainer.
-In a serving glass,add crushed ice,watermelon lemonade,7up & serve!

Directions:

-Jug mein garam pani,bareek cheeni aur namak dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Homemade Lemonade tayyar hai.
-2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Peach Ginger Lemonade:
-Peaches per knife ki madad sa slightly cuts laga lein.
-Boiling water mein peaches dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka chilled water mein 2-3 minutes kliya dal dein.
-Skin ko remove ker lein aur knife ki madad sa deseed ker lein.
-Blender jug mein peaches,adrak aur homemade lemonade dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Serving glass mein crushed ice,peach ginger lemonade aur 7up dal ker serve karein!
Pineapple Mint Lemonade:
-Blender jug mein pineapple,podina aur homemade lemonade dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.

Chicken Tikka Pura Recipe by Food Fusion (Ramzan Special)
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Monsalwa Chicken Tikka Boti 500g (1 pack)
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Ghee 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-Coarsely chop chicken tikka boti with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a wok,ad cooking oil,coarsely chopped chicken tikka boti and mix well.
-Add red chilli powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,lemon juice,green chilli and mix well.
-Add onion,fresh coriander,mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,salt and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,grease with oil,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-Take a small dough (100g) and make a ball,grease hand with ghee,press gently and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-On rolled dough,add & spread ghee,sprinkle dry flour and fold all four sides to make a square shape.
-Press gently with greased hand and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add chicken tikka filling (2-3 tbs),gather all edges,press and seal then flatten with the help of hand and prick with skewer.
-Grease rolling pin with oil and roll out gently with the help of rolling pin (makes 5-6).
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.

-Ghee dal ker crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Chota dough lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,haath ko ghee sa grease karein aur geltly press ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Rolled dough per ghee dal ker pheela lein aur maida chirak dein,charon sides ko fold ker ka square shape bana lein.
-Greased hand ki madad sa gently press karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Chicken tikka filling (2-3 tbs) dal dein,edges ko gather ker ka press aur seal ker lein phir haath ki madad sa flat karein aur skewer sa prick ker lein.
-Rolling pin ko oil sa grease karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently bail lein (makes 5-6).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry kar len.

Ingredients:
Prepare tarts:
-Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 1/3 cup
-Makhan (Butter) 150g room temperature
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 cups
Prepare Firni:
-Doodh (Milk) 500ml
-Milk powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Firni mix 155 gm half packet
Sugar decorations:
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup
-Water 2 tbs
-Prepared tart shells
-Prepared Firni mix
-Prepared sugar decoration
-Mix nuts
Directions:
Prepare tart shells:
-In a bowl add powdered sugar, butter, egg white, vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Gradually add dry flour mixture and beat until crumbles.
-Transfer the mixture to the clean working surface, dust flour and knead until dough is formed.
-Take small quantity of dough & make a ball.
-Grease tart molds with cooking oil, place dough ball, spread gently and set the dough with the help of the hands, cut the edges with the help of the knife and prick with fork (makes 12).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.
-Let it cool down completely before removing tart from molds.
Prepare Firni:
-In a wok add milk, milk powder, mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add half packet of Mehran Firni mix & mix well.
-Cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until desire thickness. Let it cool completely & fill it in piping bag.
Prepare Sugar decorations:
-In a saucepan add sugar, water, turn on the flame, let sugar melt completely on low flame & turns brown. Keep stirring in between.
-Wait for the temperature to fall or until slightly thickens.
-On round cup shape silicone molds, drizzle sugar syrup and form net cups.
-Let it set for few minutes and set aside.
-On prepared tart shells add prepared firni mix, sugar decoration & sprinkle mix nuts from top.

-Tarts ko pehle se garam oven may 180C par 12-15 minute tak bake karlen.
Prepare Firni:
-Karahi may doodh, milk powder daal acji tarah milayen or boil karlen.
-Half packet Mehran Firni mix daal kar achi tarah milayen.
-Medium flame par 10 se 12 minute tak pakayen ya itna k garha hojaye. Ab Thanda karlen or piping bag may bhar len.
-Prepare Sugar decorations:
-Saucepan may cheeni, pani daal kar flame on karden or cheeni ko low flame par melt honay den k wo brown hojaye. Beech may milatay rahen.
-Thora temperature girne ka intezar karen k halka sa garha hojaye.
-Round cup shape silicon molds par sugar syrup ko chmchay ki madad se is tarah girayen k jaal ban jaye.
-Thori dair Thanda honay den or phir tayar cups ko nikal len.

Red Velvet Ice cream
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olper’s Dairy cream chilled 100 ml
-Cream cheese 50g
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Condensed milk chilled 2-3 tbs
-Olper’s Dairy cream chilled 400ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cocoa powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Red food color 2-3 tbs or as required
-Condensed milk chilled 350ml
-Pound cake 250g (cut in cubes)
Directions:
-In a bowl,add cream,cream cheese,vanilla essence and beat well until soft peaks form (5-6 minutes).
-Add condensed milk,beat well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream and beat well until soft peaks form (4-5 minutes).
-Add vanilla essence,cocoa powder,red food color and beat until well combined.
-Add condensed milk and beat again.
-Add pound cake and fold with the help of spatula.
-In airtight container,add prepared red mixture,cream mixture,red mixture and tap few times.
-Make swirls gently with the help of skewer,cover the surface of ice cream with butter paper then cover with lid and freeze for 8 hours to overnight (yields: 2.5 litres).

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Sugar ¾ Cup
-Water 1 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Khoya 100g
-Cream 4 tbs
-Pheni 200g
-Makhan (Butter) soft 2 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Pista (Pistachios) crushed
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add sugar,water,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Bring it to boil then add lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add khoya & crumbles with the help of hands.
-Add cream,mix until well combined & set aside.
-In a bowl,add pheni & crush well with the help of hands.
-Add butter & mix until well combined.
-On a deep dish,add crushed pheni,press & spread evenly.
-Now add & spread khoya & cream mixture,mozzarella cheese & press gently.
-Add & spread crushed pheni,press & spread evenly.
Baking without Oven:
-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place steamer rack/wire rack (minimum 2“high) and preheat on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Place prepared kunafa,cover and bake in preheated pot on medium flame for 18-20 minutes.
Baking in Oven:
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.
-Drizzle prepared sugar syrup & garnish with pistachios & serve!
