At the Washoe County Board of Commissioners meeting on March 26, 2024, Nicholas St Jon of the Washoe Patriots attempted to exercise his 1st Amendment rights by displaying a sign saying "Queen Tyrant Hill" which was met with changing camera angles to limit the display of the sign until they finally changed to a SIDE angle completely eliminating the ability to display his sign. Tyrant Queen Hill refuses to answer a simple question - "Do you believe you are above the law?" Too bad you couldn't see the stare down and then the squirming by Hill as she acquiesces to the "Yes, I'm above the law." accusation. They'll say they "can't" answer, but the NRS code is clear that they can answer Yes or No questions without even getting close to the "deliberation" line they are so deathly afraid of. This is the 2nd Internal Audit Review Board "review" and I use the term loosely. We had 26 people show up in support of a 3rd party investigation into all things election including the RoV, staff, policies, procedures, the approximately 100 affidavits of election violations, the 300 challenge affidavits, the stalling of the Public Records Requests, etc. with Nicholas involvement in the process.

With 2 saying it won't go to Adjudication and 2 saying it will, this video goes over all of the options for how to mark you ballot and the pros and cons of each plus options for when to drop off your ballot and where.

For 22 months the Washoe County Board of County Commissioners have ignored WE THE PEOPLE and silenced us while letting people die needlessly from COVID, spending $50+ million on the homeless problem they created by shutting down businesses, certifying an illegal election when dozens brought in affidavits of violations of the NRS statutes.

Verification with the Deputy Secretary of Elections from the Nevada SoS's office that marking our ballots according to the NRS statutes will NOT spoil the ballots, force them into adjudication, or send them to Duplication. Mark Wlaschin concurred with us about all of these issues.

The audit which was opened on July 14, 2022 has yielded it's initial report. Nicholas and his team met with the Auditor and Washoe County Manager for a preliminary review of the report. "Systemic" problem with the voter rolls, data Nicholas was given was not good data which led to supposedly wrong conclusions. We'll follow up with requests for clarifications because the report result was very muddy to say the least.

There are several schools of thought about when and where to vote and all have pros and cons. I've created this video to give you more information so you can make your own decision.
