Skills Learned from Being a Realtor
In this episode of Tea With Tayler I discuss my experience working as a realtor. During that time, in what would have been 3 years come February 2022, I closed 60 deals. Being a real estate agent is a very demanding job that comes with a lot of responsibility. Every client is different, and most deals have their challenges, but the job can be very rewarding and the skills you learn while working in the industry are priceless.

National Defense Bill Includes Red Flag Laws & Women in the Draft
In this episode of Tea With Tayler I discuss the new defense authorization bill (HR 4350). This bill is over 1,300 pages long and consists of red flag laws that would infringe on our second amendment right, and adjusts verbiage to include women in the draft if we were to ever have one. What does this mean for America?

What I Believe & How It's Shaped My Politics
Unpopular opinion:
The whole “don’t talk religion or politics” is a bad take; rather, maybe we should have learned how to have conversations and civil debates with those we disagree.
Maybe if we learned this skill we wouldn’t live in such a cultish society. And it is a skill to be learned. Humans are cultish creatures by nature.

The Importance of God and The Bible
In this episode I discuss the importance of God and The Bible from an individual and societal standpoint. As I say in the video, I am embarrassed of how little I know about The Bible. I made a promise to God and myself that I will make an effort to learn about it for the rest of my life.
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

Position Yourself To Live A Fulfilled Life
Reflection and lessons learned: turning 27.
Many people do not succeed in life for reasons one can argue —but in my opinion, it’s because they fear either failure or success.
If you fear failure it’s because you care too much what other people think.
If you fear success it’s because you fear the additional responsibility & pressure that comes along with success.
But that additional responsibility & pressure requires discipline, which creates greater freedom.

Jordan B Peterson:
There’s no escaping responsibility.
You either take it voluntarily or involuntarily.

Oh-oo-oh, you think you're special
Oh-oo-oh, you think you're something else
Okay, so you look hot Instagram?
That don't impress me much
So you got the looks, but do you got the brains?
Now don't get me wrong, yeah, I think you're good looking
But that won't keep them wanting you more than one night
That don’t impress me much 😉
