Why is "The Happy Hooker" (1975) Like Rambo?
Barkey takes a look at "The Happy Hooker" (1975), the progenitor of an infamous series of R-rated sex comedies about a famous madam, Xaviera Hollander. Given the subject matter and the kind of movies these are, they all have a surprising amount of cameo appearances and starring roles by name brand actors and character actors. And... why is this movie like Rambo? Barkey explains.

Does "Her Alibi" (1989) Hold Up? Movie Review
Barkey takes a gander at a late 80's vehicle for Tom Selleck, who had just finished his run on the successful hit series "Magnum P.I." Barkey gives you the lowdown on this picture, starring Tom Selleck, supermodel Paulina Porizkova, and the voice of K.I.T.T. himself, William Daniels. Bruce Beresford directs.

What the FLUX?! "Aeon Flux" (2005) Movie Review
This time, Barkey takes on "Aeon Flux' (2005), the precursor of the awful social messaging masquerading as entertainment in movies, and the wholesale disregard and disrespect for source material that is the Modern Hollywood standard of the day. "Aeon Flux' (2005) proved to be a cautionary tale executives failed to take note of, and they've made the same mistakes ever since with "Star Wars", "Star Trek", and all the rest. But... is the movie any good on its own, aside from the source material? Barkey weighs in!
