Notes from live Facebook videos, taken by Shasta County Citizen Journalist Part 1, 22 minutes: 1:45 contact with Karrie Schuette HHSA employee, says she's in charge today “I guess”. She tried to tell us that the “lease” says the entire property is a “clinic” and is to be treated as such. We explained to her that in an outside environment, an event paid for by taxpayers money on publicly funded property, that there is NO expectation of privacy. She says that the County Counsel issued her new guidelines as to how to direct the Press when they show up at these Vax clinics. She did not have the document with her. When confronted with the fact that on Jan 31 at the HHSA vax. clinic in City of Shasta Lake, the Record Searchlight reporter, Mike Chapman, preceeded us into the building and he took pictures inside that were published later that day in the RS website. Karrie said their “policy” was adjusted after that incident. 13:20 I explain to her that we will freely roam the area to peaceably collect information for dissemination, and that we will not interfere, interrupt, delay, obstruct, etc, the Vax Clinic operations.

1:15 Lori asks about misinformation, death, with Amy, Dignity Health employee. Amy says go to CDC website for more information. 4:26 Misty, employee, asks Corey to change answer on screening sheet regarding being sick or feeling sick, she does NOT do a full medical assessment. 6:55 pharmacist approached to answer questions, long explanation of the MRNA, DNA, spike proteins, COVID 19 NOT in the shot, mutations, how long COVID shot may or may not protect recipient, pharmacist personally will wear mask for the rest of her life, flu cases are looking great, 16:00 employee is anxious to give the dose which is thawing. Corey asks about side effects. 17:05 employees only stating mild side effects, NOT that death is possible. (see long form 31 page Fact Sheet for Health Care Providers). 19:50 employee says “you can't get sick from (the vaccine)”. Says auto-immune response is rare. 20:30 employee says anaphalaxis is less likely during first shot is more prevalent after second shot. Corey asks if the body's response in making the spike proteins could result in the body “attacking itself”. Employee says not documented and very unlikely. 24:30 Misty says “any vaccine is better than nothing”. Employees believe they have no legal liability. 27:20 Lori asks about animal studies being skipped. Pharmacist states “that's not true”. 26:30 employees state that Dr. Fauci has not been wrong nor contradicted himself during this pandemic. Pictures taken outside in public are lawful in CA as there is NO expectation of privacy. Pics and audio taken inside the clinic are lawful as the audio and visual environment did NOT allow for any expectation of privacy.

Notes Shasta College Vax Clinic Mar 6 2021 9:45 ask Kenneth with Dignity Health who's PIO, who's site manager. He says neither are there. He's states he is in charge but does NOT want an interview. 11:10 security, college, 3 stars on collar, asks us to go to press area, we advise we already had converstion with 4 star “chief”, thanks anyways. He says more than once, “I need you to move to the press area”, whatever. 16:00 (short) teacher interview, people want kids back in school, that's why she is getting it so school can be in session. 18:30 (22) minute interview with elderly couple. They stated, they did NOT get the vaccine fact sheet during their first injection 4 weeks ago nor today. Nor were they told where to find the fact sheet online. They were not told about the VAERS (vaccine injury reporting). They were not fully informed about the adverse side effects.

February 27, 2021 Shasta County Citizen Journalist Shasta County Public Health Vaccination Clinic City of Shasta Lake, Cal. NOTES Medical personnel on standby in case of need. 1:30 meet with Jillian Haskett, Public Info. Officer, 4:25 Jillian repeats that Karen Ramstrom stated that “death” is not a side effect of the COVID vaccine. 6:16 she says “we're depending on the public to report adverse reactions to VAERS”. 13:15 we expose the 22 page sheet Moderna is available and has more info. that the 5 page sheet HHSA is giving out. Jillian, says she will look into it. 16:40 Corey stresses that “informed consent” is now shifted to the patient instead of the provider of “health care”. THat is a major paradigm shift!! 20:30 Jillian is confronted that even though medical terminology mostly shows a vaccine must contain an attenuated version of the virus/bacteria, and the COVID 19 vaccine admittedly does NOT contain COVID 19 strain, she says since Karen Ramstrom says it's a vaccine, they have to treat it as such. 21:10 Lori states the COVID 19 is labeled a “vaccine” so it gets the federal immunity against lawsuits. 23:25 Jillian tells us we have to restrict our movements. I explain we have already dealt with the issue of Freedom of Press with law enforcement. We tell her we will stay out of the way and not interfere with ANY operations. 26:55 Lori makes comment asking if security has anything to say to Corey, Securitas employee takes offense and turns around to square off?? 29:20 private security “securitas” attempts to tell us we are not allowed to continue in the area we wish to go. 30:00 security radios “go ahead make the call” meaning call the police since we are not obeying security. 31:26 badge number 67013 and ??? guy covers up his badge #, what is he hiding?? 38:45 security physically blocking Richard while walking.

Vax Clinic Shasta College Feb 20, 2021 Notes First 6 minutes upside down, after that, camera upright. 0:00 to 6:15 (camera upside down), entered college property, followed immediatley by Redding police dept. to the North lot. 12:25 – 16:00 RPD officer Chapman makes contact, just wanted to know if we were going to enter one of the buildings, we said no. He said his job was to keep the peace. I did give him a copy of the court precedents re: media access to public events. He said someone would be talking to us soon. 19:05 “Jake” security official contact: says “chief Lonnie Seay” is on site but is not available to talk to us. 20:56 Jake tells us we are violating his school “district policy” by not moving to the designated media area. I tell him “I am not concerned with your district policy” he storms off without getting the court precedent document. He walks by the RPD officer without contacting him. 27:05 – 47:00 interview with “Dave”, former nurse, 40 years exp, excellent interview on many COVID/vaccine aspects!!
