what I eat in a day to get LEAN and STRONG
i am currently locked in on getting stronger and more lean and it's been going great so far. every day looks a little different, so keep in mind this is just an example of what i'd eat to hit my daily goal :) the goal is to stay in a calorie deficit and eat at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight
