3 potatoes
cut the potatoes with a vegetable cutter for julienne, if you don’t have a vegetable cutter, you can use a coarse grater
pour water to the top of the potatoes
leave for 15 minutes
1 onion
vegetable oil
fry onion until soft
1 carrot
cut like potatoes
add carrots to softened onions and fry for 2 minutes
some fresh pepper
cut into medium sized pieces
add pepper to the pan
Fry for 2-3 minutes. After frying, remove from heat

1.5 cups milk (300 milliliters)
2 cups flour (240 grams)
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
stir until flour lumps disappear
a bunch of green onions, but you can use any fresh herbs
drain liquid from potatoes
add fried vegetables and fresh herbs to potatoes
pour the batter over the potatoes
baking sheet lined with parchment
pour the entire mixture into the pan and distribute evenly
bake for 35 minutes at 200°C
150 grams mozzarella
35 minutes later
bake in the oven at 200°C for another 15 minutes

fry for 4-6 minutes over medium heat on both sides
3 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons of any sweet and sour sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
juice of half a lemon
mix well
1 onion
fry in the same oil as the chicken for 2-3 minutes over low heat
2 carrots, cut into medium-sized pieces
fry for 3-4 minutes
4 large potatoes
cut into medium slices
fry for 7-10 minutes
if you are not sure about the degree of roasting, you can cover with a lid
5 cloves garlic
parsley
bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 200°C

INGREDIENTS:
1 large potato
Cut into small pieces
Cold water
Add salt. Cook for 2 minutes
1 chicken breast
Cut into pieces
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried herbs
Form a cutlet
If at this stage the dough does not stick well. Add some water and stir
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment
Grease with vegetable oil
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 180°C
